Anh Vy is one of the youngest Djs in the Saigon underground scene and one of The Observatory’s newest residents. He's recognised by the versatility and flexibility in music. He was one of the resident DJs of former Upper Saigon. Carrying a solid background in Serbian scene by appearing in the local reference EXIT festival and being resident DJ for Club Tunnel Novi Sad, Techa always brings his powerful and colorful music by selecting old school techno, house and electro tracks.
