Gabby is a 23 year old creative who moved over from Adelaide six years ago. Her passions cover music, design and photography. Utilising both digital and analog cameras she thrives when capturing people & events. Inspired by years of engaging on dance floors conducted by friends Gabby began DJing in 2018. Under the alias Afrodisiac, Gabby has now made herself known to an extensive array of dancefloors around Naarm. Afrodisiac's track selections have a strong focus on exploring the Black Diaspora. Toni occupies her own space in sounding and holding down a floor through her uniquely jacking selection. Toni Yotzi has played a crucial role in developing Perth into a thriving club metropolis, programming Deep Doogs’ sunrise rave, co-hosting Full Frequency on RTR FM and presenting parties for Kenji Takimi, Bell Towers and DJ Nozaki. Now based in Melbourne, she’s established herself as one of the most open minded DJs on the local circuit, immortalised by a legendary Inner Varnika and Golden Plains set's that saw her fearlessly transition from Jon Hassell to italo disco, memphis rap and Bristol bass and UK techno.

A Naarm based movement with an aim to showcase emerging and established artists with in the electronic music community.

Two brothers engaged in collaborative practice. Joey, forces movement through his driving and abstract take on Techno. Yanni draws the movement out of people, providing sounds coloured with psychedelia and mysticism.

Many DJs try to avoid the tags and pinholes that genres create. Most of them fail to do so. However, most of them aren’t Melbourne authority Katie Pearson. A blank insignia, Katie has avoided this through a unique, yet authentic musical journey. She has long been at the forefront of Australia’s queer dance scene, most notably as co­host of “gay ass disco”, The Outpost. However, when you can regularly produce moments of dance floor ecstasy that Front Leftists thought only possible in the ’90s, you quickly become the scenes worst kept secret.

Holding a strong appreciation for the sounds of Detroit techno, and Chicago’s golden house era, Marli reflects these styles in both her original productions and her DJ sets. With a history of formal music training, and years studying production, her original works have laid the foundation for her sets as a selector, frequently playing at local hotspots Dr Morse, Xe54, Section 8, Ferdydurke, and Revolver Upstairs. Thus far in her career, Marli has warmed up the decks for Detroit Swindle, Harvey Sutherland, Ben Pearce, Big Miz, Sally C, Ben Rau, and Folamour, exploring genres deep house, soul, and disco, in sets which maintain heavy syncopated rhythms, laden with rich soul samples, and a warm nostalgic vibe throughout.

Berlin-based, Melbourne DJ Merve is full of gurgly synths and boinging rhythms, touching on old-school techno and trance with a decidedly modern approach.

Monty McGaw is one of the hardest working people behind the scenes in Melbourne’s thriving music subculture. Starting off way back in 2007 playing frequently at venues such as Circus, Qbar, Motel and also frequenting as a guest at many other venues Monty quickly established himself as a promising young DJ. As his path evolved he slowly moved away from club nights in 2008-2009 shifting his focus to all things house & techno. In doing so he secured himself a residency with The Likes Of You, alongside other locals like Gavin Keitel, Dave Pham & Dean Benson, and also a residency at Melbourne's infamous institution Revolver Upstairs Playing through sunrise on many Sunday Mornings and curating the warm up of international artists playing their Summer Series events.

Since her teen years, this Naarm (Melbourne) based DJ and artist manager has been carving out her place within the Australian music industry. Shelley Liu’s (@shelleyliu) mixes take us back to the early 2000s. Her choice of tracks featured on the likes of classic So Fresh CD’s creates a nostalgic atmosphere. Shelley’s ability to push past any setbacks that come her way, and continuously support local emerging talent, is why she is a beloved music community member.
