Born and raised in Hong Kong,Arun has been in love with house music since his early teenage years, probably brought about from listening to his dad's collection of disco and all sorts of retro bits from his impeccable record collection. After picking up a pair of low-torque turntables at the age of 16, it wasn't long before his mixing skills got him a first residency at a small bar in the city. He now stays between Hong Kong and London, making and playing the music he loves.

Casey Anderson’s take on house and techno is based on his deep respect for dance music’s roots: Detroit techno, Soul Train funk, and cosmic German electronic music. Ignoring charts, trends and clichés, his DJ sets are playful and unpredictable. Casey is constantly connecting new dots between obscure, classic and futuristic 4/4 dance music without shying away from the unexpected 80s synthpop or a disco anthem at peak hour. In 2013 the American-born DJ released his first tracks on Italian label Opilec Music (alongside inspirations like Derrick May and Todd Terje) before joining fellow Hong Kong DJ Frederic Neve to launch Typhoon 8 Records where he has continued to release deep, dubby techno and house. Scoring his first DJ residencies at leading underground spots Yumla and Bassment, since 2009 he's played the closing slot at the city's Clockenflap Music Festival twice, and after co-founding the party collective Humdrum he frequently hosted and supported international guests like Deetron, Jimpster...

Teng has been playing music across a multitude of dance scenes originating in Australia across to Singapore and Hong Kong where he is now based. Teng’s ascent into the pantheon of Dj’s began in the underground rave scene of 90’s Sydney Australia. He has been drawing influences far and wide ever since, delving into various dance genres - digesting these diverse sounds and pushing them back to dance floors with his signature mixing style. Continually searching for the next sound, Teng still scours genres from around the world, adding uniqueness to his leviathan repertoire.

Arthur Bray is one of the Hong Kong/Shanghai/London-based collective Yeti Out, the 30-year-old has worn plenty of hats – model, DJ, editor… the list goes on. This flexibility is something he’s emphasised for Yeti Out, which started as a party-promoting music collective that has now branched out into everything from art shows, a record label and a creative agency. And of course, more parties. Well-known DJs on the Hong Kong and Shanghai party circuit, Arthur and his twin brother Tom are pushing the envelope for underground music in Asia. They’re helping genres such as grime, garage, Afrobeat, bass music, house and techno gain momentum in a city that’s probably better known for its EDM or pop-filled nightclubs than anything else. Right now, they’re setting their sights on local events such as Sonar and Art Basel in March, while concurrently working on an audiovisual set for their record label, Silk Road Sounds. Except keep contributing in hometown, he was invited to spin in Taipei, Seoul, Thailand, and China. Busy Boi has attended and shared stage with Mars89’s China Tour last year, spread out the unique hardcore vibe. As a founder of THUR, keep creating different content of music culture and subculture, making contributions to the young generation.

Changa is a core member of 15Grams, a music community based in the New Territories. Changa is deeply rooted in the soundsystem culture with a sweet spot for Dubstep, Drum And Bass, and reggae.

New comer Chingyi has quickly risen to become Hong Kong's top taste makers in the underground scene in the last year. She shares her intimate collection of non-linearly rich yet delicate sounds. As the queen of Downtempo, her sonic journeys are composed of a range of “sloth techno”, minimal and organic house. Effortlessly and unhurriedly creating a soundscape of inner colours and deep connection. As a film critic and scholar, Dan-Neo is a firm believer in storytelling. His DJ sets often bring you ups-and-downs by merging different genres across countries and eras, drawing elements from disco, house, techno, dub-step and more. He can demonstrate an effortlessness of going from hard bangers to soft chill-out tunes, and vice versa. The unique texture of his sound is a result of adopting both minimal and maximal approaches to musical selection and mixing skill. Nonetheless, his musical taste is deeply rooted in those beats and tunes that embrace a cinematic and cosmic tone. Dan-Neo has been honing his skills as a DJ after he joined Acadana - the best kept secret in Hong Kong - back in 2016. Apart from managing parties and events at Acadana, he regularly plays at different bars and clubs across Hong Kong, such as, 宀 Club, Ruby, Oma and Social Room. Dan-Neo's carefully curated selection also brings him to other respected underground venues across the globe, such as, Oil Club in Shenzhen...

Darka kicked off his DJ career in late 90s and was the champion of "Hong Kong Pioneer DJ Competition" in 2003. It was a milestone of his spinning career and made himself a well-known figure amongst dance floor. Since then, he has devoted all his vigour to the development of electronic dance music in Hong Kong. His name has come across with many notably DJs and producers, such as Paul Oakenfold, Nick Warren,Timo Maas, Santos , Jimmy Van M, James Zabiela, Tall Paul, Evil Nine, Radio Slave, Tiefschwarz, Butch, Meat Katie, Peace Division, Elite Force, Stelios Vassiloudis, Takkyu Ishino石野卓球, JDS, John Graham (Quivver), Phil K, Adam Freeland, James What, Noah Pred, Luke Fair and Andy Moor. The co-operations with those big guns strongly influenced his music styles and techniques. Deep House is his signature, loops and effects are his trumps. Deasy is a Hong Kong based DJ, originally from London which is where his love for mixing began - on the 1210’s blending Drum & Bass back in 2005. After being a regular on the London radio station ‘Inner City FM’, he proceeded to have a residency at the night ‘Evolution’ at the club Mission (Leeds). Since then, Deasy has moved to Hong Kong where he is currently a resident at Oma - the perfect place for him to explore the deep and tech house side of the scene.

Di Linh is a young artist from Vietnam. Since she began the musical path, she has been making her mark by the diverse and colorful music selection. She is a part of Hanoi Underground Movement (HUM) and resident DJ at Savage. Till this day, Di Linh often plays in familiar places like Savage, Kobala, Smack Dab,... through local events HUM, Snug, SBD, This is, Guinguette, Unuzual and Quest, Duality, Recess, Studio Adventure, Epizode Festival. Besides, her name also appears the same night with well-known artists such as Lauer, Red Rack’em, Local Suicide, Haruka, Omer, Curses and many more around the world in Epizode. And the highlight of her music career was her performance in HUM Showcase (Epizode) with Marco Yanes, which also mentioned in the official review from Data Transmission. Each space gives her different inspirations, Di Linh is always looking and developing herself to give the audiences a fresh feeling, while still retaining her own unique color. She knows how to lead the audiences' emotions...

DJ Ditto is an HK-based Korean DJ who has been playing regularly at 宀 club, Eaton Radio, and at the radio station FMbelowground. She’s Deeply in love with ratchet / hardcore music and anime, especially Evangelion, but you will be surprised by the extent of her musical knowledge and her evergrowing ability to precisely control any room she plays in.

DJ Fu has played in many cities across the globe including London, Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Manchester in world class venues such at Matter, Ministry of Sound, The End as well as at various promotions including Marky and Friends, Mixmag, Metropolis, Urban Nerds, Ape, One Nation. Fu is one of the few Drum & Bass DJ’s of recent times who has managed to be recognised purely for his talent on the decks. After winning a DJ competition for Source, DJ Fu won a residency at Oxford’s most prestigious drum and bass night, following in the footsteps of Total Science, Baron and DJ Lee who have all held residencies there.

Representing the Yeti Out crew.. Fergus is a DJ, Producer and Promoter who has worked amongst legends across the music, fashion and art world. From Grandmaster Flash, Adidas, A$AP Mob to Burberry. Back in Hong Kong he runs a monthly club night “South Canton Soul Train” which connects the dots between genres from around the globe such as Canton Funk, Laos Boogie, Seoul Soul, Japanese City Pop, Italo Disco and Classic House.

Guido Balboa starts his music journey in Hong Kong. His style is highly influences by his roots that are based in the country of the Dolce Vita. As he is slowly introducing himself in the Hong Kong scene he is discovering everyday something more about the well known and the forgotten artists of his native country making his mission always more clear: Make Italo Disco Great Again.

JayMe may not be a familiar name globally, but try mentioning it to any credible DJ in HK, and you will be met with wide opened eyes and a big grin. Cuz he’s one of the most respected figure in the local scene. He grew up in the 70’s witnessing the disco boom first hand. He kept his love collecting records and going to parties for more than 30 years. Began DJing from 2013 alongside his medical career, earning the title “the Disco Doctor”. Started his own Loft style private club in 2015 called Acadana (literally means Party without a care) which has become the most cherished place amongst all underground DJs. Dabbled into Techno territory in 2017 playing at Teknival, Social Room etc. 2018 saw him did several unforgettable gigs at 宀club, the rising star of HK’s scene. Regardless of the genre he’s playing, JayMe is still deeply rooted in old skool NYC style with just one resident DJ for the whole night, à la Larry Levan or Junior Vasquez...

One of Hong Kong's biggest underground tastemakers in the bass music scene and part of the award-winning Unchained crew, Just Bee's immediately recognisable style has seen her rocking decks from warehouses to the rooftops all across the city. Whether she's crafting inviting house vibes at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, or high-energy all-night sets at Oil Club and Oma, Just Bee remains a master selector across genres, playing at some of the hottest festivals and venues including Outlook Festival, Clockenflap, Social Room, Mihn and Popiniays.

Licaxxx is a DJ and music producer. Having made her DJ-ing debut in 2010, she appeared at Boiler Room’s Tokyo event in 2016 before going on to perform at Fuji Rock and a host of European nightclub events. Licaxxx is also the organiser of TCR (Tokyo Community Radio), a video stream radio station inspired by Gilles Peterson and featuring the best of the city’s DJ talent.

A regular on the regional underground and festival circuit, Mengzy always packs a punch with diverse influences and plenty of bass weight - no matter what genres her eclectic sets journey across. The Hong Kong-based selector is a presenter on RTHK Radio 3, where she has hosted her own dance music shows, and has performed across Asia (Seoul, Shenzhen, Singapore, Macau), as well as in the UK (Oxford, London).

DJ Misty Penguin started life when transwoman Beatrice sneaked inside the DJ booth of local underground mecca Acadana and fondled the decks. Her isolated presence as a trans person allowed her time to immerse herself into endless genres of music. Misty Penguin plays around with the Yin and the Yang in her, her sunny outlook and life attitude pushed her to become 'Yang' Misty, playing sensual positive grooves to jack your body and has DJed for opening and closing parties at Eaton HK and 宀 Gallery. Only when she relapse into 'Yin' Misty will she occasionally play an intense set at local techno stronghold OMA or others,

Previously played at Fabric London and Cafe D'Anvers Antwerp. Currently a resident at Hong Kong's 宀 Club. Recently released debut EP on Mihn label, with upcoming releases on 20/20 Vision "Exit Planet Earth" (Mr. Ho, Carl Finlow, Plant43), Huntleys + Palmers & Klasse Wrecks.

From a Turkish migrant family and born and raised in Paris, Yunus first got interested in DJing as he was inspired by Turkey's rich musical culture and as the French scene was blooming in the late 2000s. He is currently based in Asia as Totoro Typhoon’s sound director, Fauve Radio's art director and as a resident DJ and visual artist for various local clubs and sound systems. Yunus has a large experience playing in all ranges of venues - from the most confidential raves to the biggest festivals - sharing the deck with artists such as Robert Owens, Jayda G and Pablo Valentino. Tinted with a distinctive shiny sound, Yunus' DJ sets vary from technical mixes with balanced repetitions and variations inspired by selections from artists such as Boo Williams or Soichi Terada, to eclectic but fresh vibes found in balearic and ambiant curiosities, psych rock, experimental jazz and oriental drums digs from Anatolia.
