Ani Phoebe is a DJ from NYC who is currently based in Hong Kong by way of Rio de Janeiro. She founded Bad Times Disco, an online record shop in Hong Kong, and runs a monthly show called Parallel Worlds on The Lot Radio. She comes from digging tradition and favors lesser-known 80s and 90s records from unexpected corners and crates. One of Ani Phoebe’s areas of experience is the downtempo, cosmic disco, and synth-pop realms, being a resident DJ of the renowned underground music festival Cosmic Gathering (DE) and having performed at experimental stages on Nation of Gondwana (DE) and Atlas Electronic (MR). At the same time, her breadth also extends to heavy dancefloors and electronic clubs, performing sets that expand on 90s progressive house to 2000s Eurodance, digging for rare versions of nostalgic numbers. Weaving through all her sets are emotional, often female vocals, and synthesized sounds in all of their diversity and power. A strong emerging DJ on the global scene, Ani Phoebe has recently toured Brazil, the US, and Europe in 2022.

Darka kicked off his DJ career in late 90s and was the champion of "Hong Kong Pioneer DJ Competition" in 2003. It was a milestone of his spinning career and made himself a well-known figure amongst dance floor. Since then, he has devoted all his vigour to the development of electronic dance music in Hong Kong. His name has come across with many notably DJs and producers, such as Paul Oakenfold, Nick Warren,Timo Maas, Santos , Jimmy Van M, James Zabiela, Tall Paul, Evil Nine, Radio Slave, Tiefschwarz, Butch, Meat Katie, Peace Division, Elite Force, Stelios Vassiloudis, Takkyu Ishino石野卓球, JDS, John Graham (Quivver), Phil K, Adam Freeland, James What, Noah Pred, Luke Fair and Andy Moor. The co-operations with those big guns strongly influenced his music styles and techniques. Deep House is his signature, loops and effects are his trumps. In Adrianna's sets, she maintains a trance-inducing state by staying open-minded about music Emerging from Hong Kong, Adrianna began her creative trajectory in life as a photographer and graphic designer. Adrianna's first glance at electronic music came through when she moved to Cologne, Germany to study design, she was drawn by the underground raving scene in the city, thus it was only natural that she goes on this path by working in electronic music-related fields and djing when she returned to Hong Kong. The young DJ has been making a mark on the dance floors by infusing heavy, minimal, and industrial techno, groove-centric breaks, and electro into her layering, sophisticated sets. Born and raised in Hong Kong,Arun has been in love with house music since his early teenage years, probably brought about from listening to his dad's collection of disco and all sorts of retro bits from his impeccable record collection. After picking up a pair of low-torque turntables at the age of 16, it wasn't long before his mixing skills got him a first residency at a small bar in the city. He now stays between Hong Kong and London, making and playing the music he loves.

Casey Anderson’s take on house and techno is based on his deep respect for dance music’s roots: Detroit techno, Soul Train funk, and cosmic German electronic music. Ignoring charts, trends and clichés, his DJ sets are playful and unpredictable. Casey is constantly connecting new dots between obscure, classic and futuristic 4/4 dance music without shying away from the unexpected 80s synthpop or a disco anthem at peak hour. In 2013 the American-born DJ released his first tracks on Italian label Opilec Music (alongside inspirations like Derrick May and Todd Terje) before joining fellow Hong Kong DJ Frederic Neve to launch Typhoon 8 Records where he has continued to release deep, dubby techno and house. Scoring his first DJ residencies at leading underground spots Yumla and Bassment, since 2009 he's played the closing slot at the city's Clockenflap Music Festival twice, and after co-founding the party collective Humdrum he frequently hosted and supported international guests like Deetron, Jimpster...

Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy is a highly respected and experienced musical selector, DJ, radio host and curator, founder of the album listening event and content hub Classic Album Sundays and an authority on music, sound and the vinyl renaissance. She was mentored by David Mancuso at his seminal Loft parties in New York City. Together they co-produced the compilation series David Mancuso Presents The Loft and worked together on David’s record label The Loft Audiophile Library of Music. Colleen has been a radio host, DJ and programme director since the age of fourteen and today hosts Cosmodelica and Classic Album Sundays Worldwide on Worldwide FM and ‘This Women’s Work’ series for Public Radio International. She is the writer and host of BBC 6 Music’s album series ‘Sounds of a City’ and BBC Radio 4’s doc series ‘Turntable Tales’. Unfold Japan, a radio series she hosted for Worldwide FM and Asahi, has recently been nominated for an ARIA Award (Audio and Radio Industry Awards).

Deasy is a Hong Kong based DJ, originally from London which is where his love for mixing began - on the 1210’s blending Drum & Bass back in 2005. After being a regular on the London radio station ‘Inner City FM’, he proceeded to have a residency at the night ‘Evolution’ at the club Mission (Leeds). Since then, Deasy has moved to Hong Kong where he is currently a resident at Oma - the perfect place for him to explore the deep and tech house side of the scene.

DJ Fu has played in many cities across the globe including London, Hong Kong, New York, Los Angeles, Berlin, Manchester in world class venues such at Matter, Ministry of Sound, The End as well as at various promotions including Marky and Friends, Mixmag, Metropolis, Urban Nerds, Ape, One Nation. Fu is one of the few Drum & Bass DJ’s of recent times who has managed to be recognised purely for his talent on the decks. After winning a DJ competition for Source, DJ Fu won a residency at Oxford’s most prestigious drum and bass night, following in the footsteps of Total Science, Baron and DJ Lee who have all held residencies there.

From late 90s, Gordon began emerging himself into underground music scene. His DJ sets are built on deep, dark and experimental rhythms with a spacey groove coupled with an industrial sound drums kick. With an engaging presence and a knack for telling a story, he builds a unique connection with each audience, and works any room until it sweats.

DMK is a Miyazaki native, a specialized Japanese chef by day and digger in his free time. In Miyazaki, he was part of the “Boogie or Die” and “Spice” party crews. Heavily influenced by boogie, funk, and soul, he has a smooth and sensual approach to DJing and an endless appetite for records. As the co-founder and 1 of the 2 main sourcers for Bad Times Disco, he curates rare Asian groove records, dance singles, and only understands pure quality. Bad Times Disco is an online record store, pop up party, and radio show in Hong Kong made up of two committed diggers, Ani Phoebe (NYC) and DMK (Japan). Together, they dig for the city's forgotten records - rare Asian grooves, dubby disco, soul, experimental electronic music, 90s dance and more.

Representing the Yeti Out crew.. Fergus is a DJ, Producer and Promoter who has worked amongst legends across the music, fashion and art world. From Grandmaster Flash, Adidas, A$AP Mob to Burberry. Back in Hong Kong he runs a monthly club night “South Canton Soul Train” which connects the dots between genres from around the globe such as Canton Funk, Laos Boogie, Seoul Soul, Japanese City Pop, Italo Disco and Classic House.

Finsent C is an artist native to Hong Kong, who has seen his sound evolve innumerably since his initial foray into DJing in 2009. Having been a drummer and member of a local band in his formative years, he eventually sought refuge in electronic music; cultivating a sound that can best be described as fluid, and with an emphasis on the hypnotic spectrum of techno. He perceives sets as flowing journeys, which requires time, and an element of patience to achieve. His music project - Cipher, is a metaphor for his musical direction and vision – 'experiencing' parties that verge on the ritualistic, to which point they have been described as otherworldly. Artists both locally and internationally continue to be invited to express their various forms of deep, experimental and meditative sounds.

Guido Balboa starts his music journey in Hong Kong. His style is highly influences by his roots that are based in the country of the Dolce Vita. As he is slowly introducing himself in the Hong Kong scene he is discovering everyday something more about the well known and the forgotten artists of his native country making his mission always more clear: Make Italo Disco Great Again.

Hugo first discovered underground house and techno when he worked as an event photographer in 2010. The bold and mesmerizing tunes he heard at legendary venues Yumla and Bassment piqued his interest in the art of DJing. With his photography on hiatus since 2017, Hugo now plays consistent, well-curated sets to diverse audiences. Hugo's taste in 4/4 dance music can best be described as “very deep”, but he also enjoys experimenting with hip hop and indie rock – the two genres he grew up with - when the moment is right. Arriving at each gig with an external hard drive worth of uncompressed music, there are always the right tunes at Hugo's disposal, for a bar session, club night or beach party. Hugo has played at some of Hong Kong's most notable events and venues including Acadana, Fauve Radio, Mihn Club, Oma, Schweinehund Teknival and Shi Fu Miz Festival.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, JFÜNG started his journey in electronic music & djing in 2014, and after years of traveling around and exploring music selection & production, the underground scenes & music festivals from multiple cities like Los Angeles, Taipei, Shanghai, Amsterdam, Shenzhen, Hong Kong and more deeply influenced him. In the summer of 2021, JFÜNG curated DARK METAZ, an audio-visual-journey experience. This underground bass-music rave collective showcases talents with their darker sounds and visuals, including a resident radio show on FMBelowground. JFÜNG is obsessed with deep, dark, bass-heavy rhythms, and his live sets always take the listener on a journey of electronic music. In 2023, he was invited to play at Clockenflap, Omni Field & ShiFuMiz,. Dark Metaz was selected by artists like Hebbe (NL) & The Glitch Mob (US) as the official host & promoter for their Asia tour.

Founder of Vib., Jo.D is hosting her debut party this June (2019). For the first edition, her choice of foreign DJ is Shanghai’s resident of Elevator - Diamond Lil. When she's not behind the decks at either of the two clubs at the epicentre of Hong Kong's underground movement - Social Room & Oma - Jo.D enjoys headlining at some of most well respected clubs, including 宀Club Hong Kong, The Council Singapore and Echobay Chongqing. Known for his vigorous techno sets, Marco’s DJ repertoire also includes house, minimal, and electro. Besides, he produces with modular synthesizers and plays modular live sets. As a co-founder of the established collective, Utopia Hong Kong, Marco and his teammates have successfully nurtured the city’s ever-evolving electronic music scene through an array of parties in Hong Kong and across Asia. In the meantime, Marco has been promoting heavier techno sounds through his event series concept TRI. Featuring deep and experimental sounds, TRI assembles a series of raves verging on the edge, exploring the possibility of contemporary techno. Marco has been DJing at various electronic music clubs including Mihn, Oma, and Social Room (Hong Kong), Oil (Shenzhen), Lantern (Beijing), Savage (Hanoi), Beton Brut (Korea) as well as music festivals like Sonar, Wonderfruit, Shi Fu Miz – Boiler Room and among others.

A regular on the regional underground and festival circuit, Mengzy always packs a punch with diverse influences and plenty of bass weight - no matter what genres her eclectic sets journey across. The Hong Kong-based selector is a presenter on RTHK Radio 3, where she has hosted her own dance music shows, and has performed across Asia (Seoul, Shenzhen, Singapore, Macau), as well as in the UK (Oxford, London).

Born and raised in North London, music has been a consistent undercurrent throughout meta's life; from his early days spent recording his favourite songs from the radio, and to the influences from his parents' and friends' selections. Having initially focused on primarily playing psychedelic trance, an introduction to Sandwell District's revered 'Feed Forward' LP signaled the start of a new phase. A torrent of new influences then led meta on a meandering path of esoteric techno. At present, meta avoids sitting in any one pocket; contented more with crossing over and exploring genre mutations. By embracing every personal musical imprint, he tries best to convey these broad elements onto the dance floor. With a growing reputation as a versatile taste-maker; meta's forward thinking yet nostalgic approach continues to draw praise. Based in Hong Kong, he is a resident of Cipher, and a regular selector on the local circuit.

Born in Hong Kong, formally a tattooist by trade however his love for music and the arts from a very young age prompted him to turn his creative hand to the turntables after coming together with a DJ friend who invited him to come and perform together in 2009. Nanogram is the Hong Kong-based DJ project of Jason Ng. Since 2017, Nanogram has evolved through different genres ultimately finding his unique style of blending techno, industrial, and experimental electronic music. Heavily inspired by post-punk and industrial music culture, Nanogram has since determined to bring the dystopian sound to Hong Kong. Realizing the lack of well-tuned sound systems and a music-focused venue in Hong Kong, which limits the possibility of enjoying the far left segment of electronic music, Nanogram found a team of like-minded and driven individuals to build 宀 Club together and started his event series at the club – Entropy 熵, which emphasizes on experimentation on the art of selection, mixing and live performances. Nanogram is a resident DJ of 宀 Club and has performed alongside Phase Fatale, Mr. Ho, Sinus O, and more. He has also performed at a renowned experimental venue in Tokyo, KGR Tokyo, and has contributed a podcast mix to C-Kay’s Coma Hole series.

Growing up in New York, Stephen began his relationship with music playing ten years of jazz and classical trumpet, while enjoying a love for hip-hop on the side. After four years studying in Montreal discovering electronic and house music, Stephen made a move to Hong Kong. At home he started messing around with vinyl, and soon joined Cliché Records under the name Sweet Talk. Moving across many styles from house to ambient to disco to techno, Stephen brings his full energy every time to make the people boogie.

Sunsiaré, birthed Jean-François Amadei, is no new face to the East-Asia scene. A figure whose tastes have manifested themselves by way of the Hanoi based Savage Club - whose early days saw a slew of talent pass through the Vietnamese capital and prompted a resurgence of local electronic artists. JF is a natural-born record digger, whose knowledge of what makes a dance floor move goes beyond the last decade and whose diverse collection begs for sonic exploration. Playing alongside such artists as Berghain’s Roi Perez, Boris & Barker, as well as DJ heavyweights like Gonno and Cormac, Amadei is not unfamiliar to the art of the mix. JF, whose hands are also behind the Homesick, FGHB, and the newly launched labels 宀, gave way to creative minds like Powder, Mr. Ho, Marquis Hawkes, General Ludd, and LPZ. Both labels, whose outlets were dedicated to timeless reworks, can be seen riddled with Jf’s influences. New pastures have led Jean-Francois to the recently minted Hong Kong-based 宀 club in 2018, in which he holds the utmost weight of talent buying for the club's weekly programming of European imports, as well as local Hong Kongese as well as regional artists and DJs alike. A pillar for Hong Kong underground nightlife and a staple for any debaucherous dancer seeking audial refuge while in the city, 宀 has quickly become a backbone to an ever-blossoming dance floor community flourishing out of Asia and away from the Euro-centric grip of Dance Music’s recent past.

Zimo is a producer and DJ from Hong Kong. The name “Zimo” represents “指模”, which stands for “fingerprint” in Chinese. His music is diversely influenced by genres such as Hard Techno, Trance, Industrial, EBM and Breakbeat, creating his own unique spin in his productions. As a young artist, he has released on multiple underground labels, such as Ōtomo for his 3-track EP “CXXVI”, Subdrive for his remix of “28mm - Ego ft. Numa”, Black Square Recordings for his single “Eggman”, etc. As a DJ, he has played in many underground clubs and bars in Hong Kong, such as 宀 Club, Acadana, Social Room, Oma, and Awtar Terrace.
