He is also a member of the OIL Soundsystem and one of the co-founders of the Guangzhou-based "8square Radio." He passionately explores the wondrous world of music and firmly believes that every genre possesses unique emotions and expressions that can transcend racial, cultural, and linguistic boundaries, allowing us to immerse ourselves in resonant emotions and experiences. He aspires to establish seamless and harmonious connections among various music styles, blending mysterious and romantic atmospheres, percussive beats with distinct edges, and the liberating power of emotions. He endeavors to unleash different energies and emotions on the dance floor, allowing everyone to sweat and dance with unbridled enthusiasm.

Jeff Chong was born and grew up in Hong Kong.He enjoyed learning from elder musicians, when he was 14 years old, he was deeply attracted by Deep house and techno music which pushed him to become an underground DJ. Since 2013 Jeff Chong immersed himself in Shanghai and Hong’s underground scene in a lot of well-known undergrounds and clubs in Shanghai, Bangkok, Osaka, and other cities, after 3 year djing he began to organize his own team , party brands, and music labels such as SPAN SHANGHAI, VOUIS RECORD, MOIST with the purpose to promote the established local music, also he never stop searching the sound which able to make people smile while they are dancing. Disco Funk, to Deep House with swing Jazz elements, Funky Techno, and groovy tech house, are all Jeff’s DJ trump cards, Jeff pursues the remixes and the rhythm. He takes advantage of every opportunity to play, and he also enjoys “Long mix” in his gigs, Jeff is never restricted by the music genre, good at “mash up” between house and techno. 土生土长的“香港人”，于2010年定居上海，90后的他喜欢与比自己年长的人交流，因此相比同龄人更早的接触到了电子音乐，对Techno,Deep House有种独特的情怀并开始接触DJ行业. 2013年开始于香港,曼谷,大阪,上海等城市等多个知名俱乐部及音乐节担任演出嘉宾,并成立SPAN,MOIST等本土派对厂牌,短短数年时间内不停探索能让舞池躁动的音乐 从Disco, Funk,到House,Deep House加入即兴感强烈的Jazz元素,及带有灵魂的Techno加入弹性十足的Funky元素，这些都是Jeff Chong让舞池里的人笑着跳舞的必杀技，Jeff Chong擅长将House与Techno融合Mash up的打法，不受风格局限，喜欢以Long Mix的手法混音,从小关注贝斯手的他,在电子音乐里同样注重每首歌里Bass呈现，追求现场律动，把握每一次出场机会,在每个城市用自己的音乐让繁忙的都市生活添加上色彩。
