In the decade that British-born producer, promoter and DJ Gav Whitehouse has called Melbourne home, he has become a driving force in shaping the city’s infamous electronic music scene, with his adopted home as is his inspiration and muse. Getting his hands on his first pair of turntables in the late 90s in the north of England, like most fledgling DJs, Gav first cut his teeth on harder styles. Always ready to go one better, DJing alone was not enough. His first ever event, Rotation which he ran for 4 years would eventually become the official afterparty for hard house juggernaut Goodgreef in Preston. Kazuma Onishi is a Japanese DJ & Producer based in Melbourne, Australia. With a strong gravitational pull towards Techno, Kazuma has a diverse range and taste in music, often playing Minimal House, Deep House, Tech House. Using a unique and interesting style of mixing developed over years of playing different styles, including hip hop, R&B and Trance, Kazuma often finds unique and new ways of blending tracks and genres. Fergus Sweetland is a Melbourne based producer and DJ who's invested himself in electronic music since 2007. Since then, Fergus has probed various genres and influences, especially techno music. His exploration into the structure and rhythms of house music taught him valuable lessons in production. Fergus' focus changed from house to techno after experiencing Marcel Dettmann's set at Rainbow Serpent. Consequently, he has since devoted his time to techno, both producing, DJ'ing and performing works of the genre. Currently, he is involved in managing the Melbourne based podcast 'Bomphcast' and performing as a live techno and production duo, Back Burners. This act, performed with his close friend Tillman Schäuble, explores a darker side of techno with modulars sounds and intricate rhythms which Fergus creates using the Roland TR8. His DJ set's are a sonic experience which delve into layerings of sounds, hypnotic rhythms and soundscapes while maintaining a forceful and impacting low end beat and groove.

FOURA (previously Lotus Moonchild) is Melbourne's dance music bench mark, confidently djing and producing a path through bass, electronic, garage, house and techno. FOURA’s ability as a selector for dancefloors has garnered the position as resident at Revolver Upstairs, Glamorama, Section 8 and Lucky Coq, all institutions within the city of Melbourne.

Because he was born in Tokyo and because especially his hometown Shinjuku Kabuki-cho has many people, ethnicities, and cultures, that has hugely inspired his life and music . He has played many clubs and festivals in Tokyo since 2011. Sometimes he plays disco and other times techno , soul , rock ... His performances are characterized by consistently great music. Furthermore, he has organized parties that have been featured in international artists. He has been trying to perform in Melbourne / Australia since 2019.

Indicia has held a year-long Friday night residency at Boney downstairs, as well as DJ'd at parties & places such as LEFAG, Point Blank, Unicorns, Honcho Disko, Outpost, Boney's Closing Party, Colour, Rooftop Bar, Ferdydurke, and Whitehart Bar.

Firmly influenced by the Motor City of Detroit, Jani takes inspiration from jazz and early house music from his time growing up in New York City to produce a very detailed live performance. Recently Jani made the switch to all hardware, meaning no computer driving his show and this enable him to connect more directly with the audience and create a very unique and dance floor orientated experience. With his incredibly seamless mixing and music knowledge, he melds House, Techno and Disco together with a Hip-House flare. 2019 also sees an introduction to the original production side of Joey Coco. With years of experience crafting, song-writing and performing across genres - he brings a touch of soul, breaks and vintage sampling and combines them with the classic electronic style that has garnered his adoration. With influences ranging from Robert Hood and Moodymann to Nas and D’Angelo - there is a true sense of spirit found throughout his music, which he cannot wait to share with the masses.

His influence runs deep, through both adopted hometown of Detroit, and music culture as a whole: as one of the Belleville Three, the high school trio which also includes Juan Atkins and Derrick May, he irreparably changed the face of electronic music; with Inner City, he gave it some of its most memorable tunes. Saunderson’s comparatively late start as a producer – kicking off in ’87 under the moniker of Kreem, with E-Dancer and Reese two of the more well-known names to follow – inadvertently gifted him a headstart. With the eruption of house music a few hours down the I-94 in Chicago, Saunderson married Detroit’s raw sound to more tactile, pop-leaning sensibilities. Inner City was born, and global success followed.

Although having only performed for two or so years, Kia plays with the confidence and experience expected of a DJ with many more years under their belt. With a keen ear for bass heavy rhythms and the deeper shades of techno, Kia glides through genres and emotions in exciting and often unexpected ways.Her talent for weaving musical narratives has been recognised by local and international labels, having already constructed revered mixes for Nous’klaer, Truants, c and Patterns of Perception. Whilst the popularity of these mixes clearly proves her ear for telling stories with music, it’s her bubbly presence behind the booth that really makes her stand out. Kia is an open eared music digger, searching tirelessly for lost obscurities to pair alongside modern finds and hidden gems by her friends. In support of the community of talented friends she finds herself surrounded by in Melbourne, she runs her her own label, Animalia.

Nico Bloom is a young guy from Melbourne, Australia who spent his life wanting to be a farmer. That was until he turned 16 and discovered music and his whole life changed. He very quickly expanded his music tastes, bought himself a small set of decks, then another set and then finally his dream set, some speakers and started playing for friends and hosting Bush Doof’s around the Mornington Peninsula, fast earning a reputation as an up and coming force to be reckoned with. His late father, Ian Robertson, was the founder of the iconic Q Bar nightclubs – Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, so you could say music is in his blood. His ability to mix is exceptional and his style is disco, house, progressive house, techno and melodic techno.
