anamē: Old Norse, meaning: to adapt Marcus Schössow and Thomas Sagstad have been planning, plotting and dreaming anamē for two decades. First coming together at a house party in Helsingborg, Sweden, the Swede and the Norwegian bonded over a love of artists (Sasha or early Tiesto), labels (Strictly Rhythm, Defected), ethics (“We both wanted to work hard for our dreams”) and ideas. As family life, academic studies, and new homes in different countries threatened to separate them, their old connection drew them back together. In 2022, the anamē adventure began on Anjunabeats. The duo crafted an emotive collaboration with Above & Beyond and Marty Longstaff on ‘Gratitude’, worked with BLR and Robbie Rise on club anthem ‘Influencer’, and reworked a pair of classics in Lostep’s ‘Burma’, and ‘Tears From The Moon’ by Conjure One and Sinéad O’Connor. Most recently, the pair remixed Kyan’s ‘Lonely River’ alongside A&B’s Paavo Siljamäki in his P.O.S guise, collaborating again with Paavo on ‘Good People’ for his ‘Deeper Tales’ album. Their debut album ‘Beautiful World’, featuring the singles ‘Anywhere (Road Trippin’), ‘Someone We Used To Love’ and ‘Must Be Dreaming’, releases September 1 on Anjunabeats.

Arthur Bray is one of the Hong Kong/Shanghai/London-based collective Yeti Out, the 30-year-old has worn plenty of hats – model, DJ, editor… the list goes on. This flexibility is something he’s emphasised for Yeti Out, which started as a party-promoting music collective that has now branched out into everything from art shows, a record label and a creative agency. And of course, more parties. Well-known DJs on the Hong Kong and Shanghai party circuit, Arthur and his twin brother Tom are pushing the envelope for underground music in Asia. They’re helping genres such as grime, garage, Afrobeat, bass music, house and techno gain momentum in a city that’s probably better known for its EDM or pop-filled nightclubs than anything else. Right now, they’re setting their sights on local events such as Sonar and Art Basel in March, while concurrently working on an audiovisual set for their record label, Silk Road Sounds. Baauer (real name Harry Rodrigues) is a DJ and producer from New York City, known for his hit song "Harlem Shake", which became a viral sensation in 2013. With a big heart for bass and melody he started this hardstyle adventure back in 2007 as a duo together with Roland evers. They managed to create their own euphorical, energetic ‘feel good’ sound, that received instant international allure and status. After 15 years of playing their music all around the globe, they decided to go their own way and Rick continued with Bass Modulators to bring it to new levels. With a serious portfolio of 100+ tracks, some of the biggest anthems like Defqon and Decibel, and a lot of stage experience worldwide, this guy knows how to play the game. Billy Gillies is a DJ and electronic music producer from Scotland. He began his career in the early 2000s, and has since released multiple albums, EPs, and singles, and has performed at various venues and festivals throughout the world. He is known for his trance and progressive trance productions and collaborations with other renowned DJs and producers. He has released his music on notable labels such as Armada Music, Black Hole Recordings, and Future Sound of Egypt, and has also been included in various compilations and DJ mix albums.

Thom Jongkind and Idir Makhlaf, better known as Blasterjaxx, have spent the best part of a decade in the Top 100 DJs poll. Best known for their larger-than-life EDM anthems, which usually land via their own Maxximize Records and legacy label Spinnin’, the duo hasn’t let a lack of festival appearances slow them down. The last 12 months have seen a huge influx of material from Blasterjaxx; dropping no less than five brand new tracks in 2020, the duo also dropped their highly-anticipated remix of Armin van Buuren. They’ve still managed to perform some live stream gigs too, launching their own United We Stand stream series, as well as joining Dr Phunk and SICK INDIVIDUALS to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Hardwell’s Revealed Recordings earlier this year. Chase & Status are an English electronic music duo composed of Saul Milton (Chase) and Will Kennard (Status). In addition, Andy Gangadeen is the drummer when the band performs live. MC Rage formerly performed as MC with the group, but left in July 2021 to focus on solo ventures. The duo are from London, and formed in 2003 after meeting at university in Manchester. The duo have since released six studio albums and collaborated with major artists such as Plan B, CeeLo Green, Rihanna, Example, and Tinie Tempah. They run the independent record label MTA Records. William Kennard founded ELAM (East London Arts and Music) in 2014.

Christian Vornweg - professionally known as Chris Avantgarde - is a record producer & composer from Germany who currently resides in London, UK. As a producer and artist with a classically and jazz-trained multi-instrumentalist background, he produced & released several records in dance music before venturing into the film, trailer & video game music industry. He's also writing and producing for major label artists in pop. With original scores for video game titles and placements for several corporate commissions and trailers such as album & single production credits in pop he keeps bolstering his portfolio in each lane of the music industry. He releases his original music as Chris Avantgarde on his own VNTGRD imprint and others. He's currently published by Silo: Music in Los Angeles and Ultra Music Publishing.

DJ The Prophet, also called the ‘Godfather of Hardstyle’, as he is one of the few acts who has succeeded in maintaining a thriving career from the early days, right up to the modern era. Matan Zohar (/ˈmɑːtən ˈzoʊər/ MAH-tən ZOH-ər;[citation needed] born 30 April 1990), better known by his stage name Mat Zo, is a British DJ and electronic music producer. Zohar released his debut album, Damage Control, via the Anjunabeats and Astralwerks labels on 5 November 2013. His second studio album, Self Assemble, was released on 25 March 2016 under his own Mad Zoo label. Mat Zo has gained tremendous support by the world’s top DJs, including Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Above & Beyond, Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten, Andy Moor, and Airwave. He has numerous releases out on such labels as Intuition Recordings, Armada Music, and Anjunabeats. Ukranian hardcore DJ and producer Miss K8, real name Kateryna Kremko, has spent the last six years steadily climbing the Top 100 DJs poll. After big changes in 2019 — Kremko became a mother for the first time, performing until she was 28 weeks pregnant, and returning to the decks just three months later — the producer returned with brand new music for 2020. Collaborating with Angerfist on an EP earlier this year, as well as releasing a solo effort, the ‘queen of hardcore’ also confirmed a new album would land sometime in 2020 — the first since her 2016 LP ‘Magnet’. Outside of the studio, Kremko still managed to perform gigs this year, returning to the home of hardcore, Defqon.1 festival, for their first virtual event. She joined DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs Virtual Festival in September, and streamed a skull-crushing birthday live set for fans while in lockdown. Slander is an electronic DJ/Producer duo from Los Angeles, California. The duo consists of two members Derek Andersen and Scott Land. They both started as ravers which inspired them to become DJ’s . They came up with the name “Slander” by combining both their names: “S(cott) L(and)” and “Ander(sen)”. They specialize in creating three different sub-genres of EDM: trap, house, and dubstep. Sound Rush is a Dutch hardstyle music duo consisting of brothers Dennie and Danny van der Zande. They began their careers in the early 2010s and have since released multiple hit tracks and performed at major hardstyle events around the world. They are known for their energetic performances and unique sound that combines elements of hardstyle, hardcore, and dance music. Sound Rush is signed to the Scantraxx label and have released music on various other hardstyle labels such as Q-dance, Fusion Records and Dirty Workz.

A love for SUBwoofers and elecTRONICS has brought us Subtronics. Growing up in Philadelphia, PA, Jesse Kardon, AKA Subtronics, had a passion for his drum set and Radiohead. While in high school, he discovered electronic music and became enamored with the scene. Fusing his unique blend of cutting-edge sound design with hard-hitting bass, Subtronics seeks to push the envelope with sound engineering. On the live front, he has built a rabid following with his high-energy sets and advanced mixing skills. When his sell-out Cyclops Invasion Tour was cut short due to the global pandemic in 2020, Subtronics seized the opportunity to continue reaching new audiences. He became an official partner on Twitch, produced 3-dimensional XR/VR live-stream sets, dropped a Splice Sample Pack, pioneered socially distanced drive-in and pod events with Monster Energy as a sponsor, and launched his very own label, Cyclops Recordings, in December of 2020. Subtronics’ label is home to his last four EPs, as well as multiple releases featuring the next generation of bass music producers. In January of 2022, Subtronics dropped his debut album ‘FRACTALS’ which came in at #4 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Album Chart, and had dedicated billboards in Times Square and Los Angeles. The album coincided with his massive 50+ date sell-out national headline FRACTAL TOUR, which featured state-of-the-art production and ground-breaking visuals. The tour traveled with a custom-built stage, featuring a floating DJ table within a reflective black hole, dubbed ‘The Wormhole.’ Notable venues on the run included Gila River Arena, WaMu Theater, Coca Cola Roxy, Avant Gardner, Echostage, and more.

Toneshifterz AKA Elie Abwi is the heavyweight and true ambassador of the Australian Hard Dance scene, representing Australian Hardstyle around the world. He confirmed his status on main stages both down under, all over Europe Canada, South America & Asia. Some of these festivals and stages include Defqon.1 Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival, Ultra Music Festival, Tommorowland, Mysteryland, Airbeat 1, HSU (Harder Styles United), Kazantip, Hardbass, I AM HARDSTYLE, Decibel Outdoor Festival, IQON, & to name a few. With his Huge hits such as “Paradise”, “All or Nothing” and “Time is now” boasting more than 50 Million + streams on his releases, his early success started from hits like ‘Jaydee’ and ‘Empire of the Sun’ together with Noisecontrollers in the very beginning, and before long he was signed to the famous Fusion Records imprint when in 2011 the debut album ‘Till Daybreak Meets’ was released. Toneshifterz had the honor of making the Official Defqon.1 Festival anthem twice, ‘Psychedelic Wasteland’ in 2011 and ‘Dragonblood’ in 2016. In 2013 Marked the switch to Brennan Heart’s new musical platform ‘WE R’ with the massive single release ‘Last Night (feat Chris Madin)’ and the follow-up track with Chris Madin called ‘Parachutes’ in 2014. This then led to his massive collaboration with Brennan heart and MC DV8 called ‘My Identity’. With an impressive discography of 150+ tracks, his latest releases continue to showcase that there’s nothing he cannot produce, from High Energy music, to music that’s filled with emotion. Even though the world stopped in 2020 due to the pandemic, Toneshifterz never stopped, and has been releasing music consistently during this time through to today with more than 1.2 Million monthly listeners on Spotify, he never ceases to disappoint and continues to take his sound through 2022 and into the future.

Virtual Riot (real name Christian Brückner) is a German DJ and electronic music producer. He began his career in the early 2010s and has since released multiple albums, EPs, and singles, and has collaborated with a number of other artists in the electronic music scene. He is known for his work in the dubstep, drum and bass, and electro house genres. He has released his music on notable labels such as Disciple Records, and Monstercat. He has also performed at major music festivals around the world. He is known for his high energy performances, incorporating live instruments and visuals into his sets. Virtual Riot is considered one of the most talented and innovative producers in the electronic music scene.

Previously played at Fabric London and Cafe D'Anvers Antwerp. Currently a resident at Hong Kong's 宀 Club. Recently released debut EP on Mihn label, with upcoming releases on 20/20 Vision "Exit Planet Earth" (Mr. Ho, Carl Finlow, Plant43), Huntleys + Palmers & Klasse Wrecks.
