He got influenced by a lot of different types of music over the last years, which made his productions pretty various.

One of the most important dance music acts of all time, 808 State played a major role in popularizing acid house in the U.K. at the end of the 1980s, and have remained a primary influence on several generations of techno, IDM, and alternative dance artists. Initially associated with the Madchester scene, which otherwise consisted of dance-friendly rock bands descended from post-punk and psychedelia, they were among the first groups to put a British spin on Detroit techno and Chicago house, producing electronic tracks that were complex and experimental yet melodic and accessible. Debuting with the free-flowing acid tracks of 1988's Newbuild, the group scored a major hit with the lush, summery 1989 single "Pacific," which hit the U.K. Top Ten and remains one of the most beloved tunes of the rave era.

Altın Gün offer an exciting mix of Turkish folk, psychedelia, funk and rock. After performing in Istanbul , bassist Jasper Verhulst became fascinated by the Turkish sound of the 70s. At that time, artists like Selda, Barış Manço and Erkin Koray combined traditional music with western rock influences. Along with bandmates Ben Rider and the bands' first drummer, Nic Mauskovic, Verhulst searched for Turkish musicians to revive this sound. They found Merve Dasdemir and Erdinc Yildiz Ecevit through Facebook. Jungle by Night’s energetic percussionist Gino Groeneveld joined the group and the band was complete. Altın Gün play songs from the aforementioned artists from the 70’s and their lesser-known contemporaries and also make their own arrangements of Turkish traditionals. This way different worlds meet and form a refreshing danceable sound. In 2018 drummer Daniel Smienk joined the band. The new album, Gece, will be released in April 2019 on Glitterbeat Records.
Amelie Lens has risen rapidly through the European techno ranks over the past couple of years. She’s now consistently high up the bill (if not topping it) at events like Awakenings, DGTL and Ibiza staples DC-10 and Hï, and this year debuts in the Top 100 DJs poll.
The Belgian’s Lenske label has simultaneously gone from strength to strength, building its name around the five-person crew of AIROD, Farrago, Milo Spkyers, Ahl Iver and Lens herself. Granite-tough techno is the name of the game; epic vibes suited to the cavernous hangars Lens fills on a regular basis. And with its newest addition — Lens’ ‘Higher’ EP — the label has now dropped 13 releases in just two years. ~ DJMag
If you had to melt down the appeal of Anastasia Kristensen to just two words, it could well be ‘energy flash’.
There are a few reasons it’s a snug fit: for a start, the immediate associations are smoke and strobes, lasers and lights, big-league rave bliss and barely-marshalled sonic chaos; that is to say, maximum fun from a dancefloor perspective, something Kristensen keenly channels as a DJ. The character she exudes as a person, and not just a playlist-for-hire, mirrors it too: a whirlwind in the booth, it’s rare not to see her wide grin glinting through a motion blur of fader tricks, sashaying and vigorous air drumming.
There’s also the perfection of imperfection in a flash of energy, a sense of freedom in the face of stultifying codes and norms. Kristensen embodies this, giving the best show of herself in any given point of time without being performative or buttoned-up. It makes for a refreshingly authentic and human to her burgeoning career in music, a gift that makes curious onlookers instant fans.
Avalon Emerson is from the desert. While she currently lives in Berlin, the music she produces comes from the dreamlike expanse and abstract textures of the Sonoran landscapes of Arizona. Her journey has taken her from that sunbaked state to the contemporary dance music mecca via a long stint in San Francisco, where she cut her teeth as a DJ in the city's storied warehouse party scene. In her DJ sets and productions now, she offers a timeless narrative that reflects a passion for the sound design of new wave, the futurism of techno, the soul of American house and the exuberance of rave. Though she's built up steam in 2015 from multiple sets at Panorama Bar, and globetrotting all around Europe and North America, she's just getting started, and continues to outdo herself with original productions released on labels like Shtum, Spring Theory, Icee Hot, and her own DJ tool edit pool, the Cybernedits series.
Raised in Düsseldorf but now based in Berlin, Binh has been exploring his deep love for digging for more than a decade. It’s a trait that defines his much-loved sound. Like the food he grew up cooking in his family’s restaurants, there are a few simple things behind Binh’s success: timeless ingredients, intuition, an innate sense of taste and the all-important creative flair.

Carlota is an electronic music producer, live performer and DJ based in Berlin, Germany. Born and raised amidst the enchanting natural environment of Ibiza, Spain, where she absorbed the diverse Balearic music scene and culture from a young age, she started searching for her own musical language some years back while pursuing a sound engineering degree that allowed her to discover a technical approach to sound behaviours. This path led her toward expressing the subtleties of emotion, memory, and time through various aural explorations. As her exploration progressed through compositional, music production and live performance direction, she devoted her work flow to generative processes on the modular synthesizer. With this anachronistic yet futuristic instrument at her disposal, she feels her role to be a selfless conductor of the analog orchestra, losing any illusion of control — yet intuitively expressing and guiding a musical conversation.

Hamburg native Helena Hauff is an in-demand DJ as well as an acclaimed producer of gritty, hard-edged electro-techno. Her music draws from influences such as acid house, EBM, and industrial, and she records her tracks strictly using analog equipment, usually in one take. Her full-length debut, 2015's Discreet Desires, contains some of her most melodic material, while 2018's Qualm is more stripped-down but no less energetic. Hauff has released a handful of EPs, including 2019's Living with Ants and 2021's Futuros with the Exaltics. ~ AllMusic
Every DJ would like to think themselves a real musical connoisseur, but Hunee really is - it’s not him that says so, but pretty much anyone else whenever the man born Hun Choi pops up in conversation. His DJ sets have of course taken him all over the world from Aus to Asia, America to Europe, but they take listeners much further. As likely to draw for a classic house record as he is a disco curveball, a boogie delight or mixing an African bomb into a techno record, each selection he makes is a thing of true passion – you can see it not only in his eyes, but so too in the eyes of those dancing along whether he is making one of his appearances on Boiler Room or holding down a residency on NTS radio.
Holding a strong appreciation for the sounds of Detroit techno, and Chicago’s golden house era, Marli reflects these styles in both her original productions and her DJ sets. Thus far in her career, Marli has warmed up the decks for Detroit Swindle, Harvey Sutherland, Ben Pearce, Big Miz, Sally C, Ben Rau, and Folamour, exploring genres deep house, soul, and disco, in sets which maintain heavy syncopated rhythms, laden with rich soul samples, and a warm nostalgic vibe throughout.

Finding her niche in Electronic Music in 1991, Kittin raved all around the country before doing her first mix in April of 1993. Through years of an exciting and mobile career as a DJ, Miss Kittin is confident with her own personal sound. She states, “I get quickly bored when I listen to the same sound. DJs have to take risks, without only thinking about what people want to hear. Some people say I’m too technical. That’ true, but this technique also gives me the freedom to concentrate only on music.”

Rising in Turin and currently based in Munich, Stenny debuts with his first 12″ Solstice Deity on the Zenker Brothers label Ilian Tape in 2013. Mainly inspired by the spirit of 90’s Techno and IDM, his contribution as a producer could be described as club focused but not merely functional. The dusty and stepping drum programming, often contrasting with the dense, atmospheric surrounding, is one of the peculiarities of his style, which in fact, references often to the Jungle or Hardcore era, but basically aims to evolve with no genre boundaries. As a Dj he maintains a similar, versatile and open minded approach, ranging between contemporary and classic but forward thinking club music.
