about
The last weekend on the rooftop is here. The team knew this was coming, but it is still with sadness that we announce that Kobala at its current location will be closing due to the road expansion planned by the government.
So, to celebrate 4 years of laughter, parties, connections and the infinite amount of lovely moments created on the rooftop, we are organizing a Tribute to Kobala this Saturday.
Also, the Kobala team will be announcing their next project very soon so stay tuned and stay excited.

Born and raised in Hanoi in 90’s, his musical education began from a really young age, and he has always enjoyed the rhythm of it. He put himself seriously into digging and playing when he met ToK at Kobala, where they work together and share the decks every weekend. That’s where he got his nickname, "the Kobala Kid", as he represents the place, not only musically but through his personality too. Since then, he has been organising his own nights inviting the rising talents of the city, and playing in some of the best clubs and parties in town.
