Embarking on a journey through the extremities of the natural world using the symbols of Techno, we unleash the mysterious and enigmatic power of black, much like the way it complements the vastness of the Milky Way and the radiant moonlight in the dark night. Simultaneously, we bask in the fresh purity of white, akin to the glistening snow-covered mountains and glaciers emanating a dazzling brilliance.

出生並成長於台北的 HWA (aka Elvis T) 自1998年開始了 DJ 生涯，並很快嘗試製作自己的音樂。2006年他搬到了北京，迅速融入到大陸剛剛萌芽不久，正處於上升階段的電子音樂場景中，成為了全國 Techno 音樂及文化的重要推動力量。他不僅是北京最具影響力的 Techno 俱樂部燈籠（Lantern) 的早期聯合創始人，也是00年代中國唯一的 Techno 廠牌 Acupuncture Records的發起人之一。在過去的十幾年間，他的身影出現在了柏林的傳奇俱樂部 Tresor，阿姆斯特丹的 ADE，以及台北，東京，首爾等舞曲文化最為發達的亞洲城市的俱樂部。2016年在中國的首次 Boiler Room 活動中，HWA 用他的全硬件模塊合成器現場Live演出，製造出了當晚的最高潮，也成為了 Boiler Room 在中國的經典瞬間之一。
HWA 在近些年開始了對模塊合成器系統的深入探索，他使用模塊成器作為音樂製作和現場演出的核心設備，探索更加隨機和充滿實驗性的聲音設計及節奏序列。他參與發起了北京近些年最受矚目的模塊合成器藝術家社區「交流方式」 （The Modular Commune)，積極在中國推廣模塊合成器技術和概念美學。HWA 通過他的音樂作品和現場演出，將一套完整的基於模塊合成器的 Techno 音樂體系，塑造成了他在場景中獨樹一幟的標籤。
HWA (aka Elvis T) was born and grew up in Taipei. He kicked off his DJ career in 1998 and soon started to produce his own music. He relocated to Beijing in 2006 and immediately became a part of China's electronic music scene, which had just emerged and was on its fast-rising phase. HWA is considered a brute-force in the promotion of techno music and culture in the country. He was the early co-founder of Beijing's Lantern club, the most influential techno club in China's capital.
He was also the co-owner of Acupuncture Records, which was the only Techno label in China back in the 00's. During the past decade, he played in the finest clubs and festivals in Europe, such as Tresor in Berlin and ADE Festival in Amsterdam, as well as the top clubs in Tokyo, Seoul, and Taipei, where Asian best Dance Music scene exists. In 2016, he appeared in China's first ever Boiler Room event with his modular synth system, and created the climax of the night. His live set was considered one of the best performances of Boiler Room China.
HWA deeply embraced modular synthesis in recent years and it has become the centerpiece of his music production workflow and live performances. He explores randomized beat sequences and experimental sound design. He's one of the initial members of The Modular Commune, a Beijing artist community focused on the use of modular synths, which has gained a lot of attention across the globe. Through his music work and live sets, HWA's unique athletics and understanding of techno music made by machines, has become a unique label of his.
