Created and curated by rising talent Bella Claxton, Hyper Hype is the brand new series showcasing a high energy stream of techno, trance, acid, and experimental. Having performed to sold out dance floors at React, Daydreams, Xe54, and a forthcoming sold out show at the Timber Yard alongside Papa Smurf, Bella Claxton’s rise to success is credit toward her impressive selective prowess.
    Enlisting a lineup of artists that Bella has drawn influence and inspiration from, Hyper Hype’s debut welcomes a cast of cutting edge curators, well known for their unique and unrelenting sets that take no prisoners. A Gotta Dance Dirty co-owner and head DJ, BONES fuses Electro, House, Minimal, Tribal, Fidget and Ghetto-tech; bringing the dirtiest big room noise of electronic music today into his high energy DJ sets. In part to running one of the most popular electronic music outlets in the world, he also helps run the GDD Thursday night VERSUS party in West LA and serves as resident DJ at the legendary Control Fridays at Avalon in Hollywood. With music showcased through an eclectic mix of techno, breaks and trance, his inspirations derive from European artists ranging from Ejeca and FJAAK, to Trym and Tommy Holohan. Alongside occupying a residency with Melbourne events imprint goldhaus_melb, Ricky has featured frequently on lineups throughout Melbourne’s nightlife. Throughout his short career, Ricky has played at Let Them Eat Cake, Beyond the Valley, XE54 RIP, Glamorama, Yours & Mine, New Guernica and more recently, supported Job Jobse at Brown Alley. Whether it is mixing diverse genres of music or exploring his prized vinyl collections, Ricky is always aiming to develop, expand and exhibit his sound.
