Sculpted Sounds is the modern evolution of a once proud and legendary event organization from 2010 in Denver, Colorado USA. Reborn today in California as a label, during a time of unprecedented growth in the American trance scene. Sculpted Sounds is comprised of the husband and wife team of Lawrence Chavoya and Bruna Amaral. Lawrence, also known as DJ Paradigm, is recognized as one of the longest standing core pillars of USA psychedelic trance. Bruna brings with her a business oriented sharp mind and attention to detail to balance the inner workings of the organization. They are supported by Chris Liu also known as No Cliu who is the labels digital manager. With the ever growing popularity of Psychedelic Trance and Progressive in the United States there exists a gap in the labels represented. Sculpted Sounds goal is to fill this gap. To provide high quality, intelligent and dance floor oriented Full On, Progressive and Middle Groove that has parallel appeal to both the underground and mainstream. Our name is more than a name, it is our intent to expertly craft and sculpt psychedelic sounds for your pleasure.

XTRNL was established in the heart of Los Angeles warehouse district in 2013 as a rave crew. After constantly throwing underground parties in their own warehouse the crew of DJs and producers alike have decided to release their own music to the world as it seemed highly popular within the warehouse clientele. Though the warehouse parties kept getting busted by the local authorities due to 'unreasonable expansion in attendance' while constantly being on the news, the music was only getting better. It was only a matter of time before DJ's from all over the world started downloading our music. Based on the extreme popularity of the music the decision to finalize the actual record label and start selling records via global distribute was made. In 2015 the head of XTRNL Jonathan Morning had met another like-minded record label owner Jason "King Felix" Toth and it was decided to unite the two companies in plans for bigger exposure and greater synergy. Currently XTRNL Records is releasing modern edgy music in Progressive House, Tech House, IDM, and Electronic Pop. The first tour of all the signed producers and DJ's have been scheduled to take place in Japan Singapore and Indonesia the winter of 2015. The first European tour is scheduled to take place in Spain, Russia, Israel, Italy, UK, and more. XTRNL Records is an extraordinary record label hosting a plethora of amazing Los Angeles based talent.

XLR8R was founded as a newsprint ‘zine in 1993 by publisher Andrew Smith in Seattle; the magazine is head quartered in Los Angeles as of January 2015. While XLR8R’s initial focus was on electronic music, it has over the years widened its scope to include indie rock, hip-hop, and reggae/ dancehall music as well as related trends in style, art, fashion, and technology.
