Today they are orchestrated by a flexible network of linguistic labourers, artists, and other precarious workers who share opportunities with each other while laying foundations for more fruitful exchanges across linguistic and cultural divides.

It is located at the end of Yonghe Road, Lane 2, Lane 52, hidden in the maze-like taipei neighborhood.
