A vital artist in the Hong Kong underground circuit, Simtub plays DeepTech/Melodic Techno and various micro genres of House and Trance music. Simtub grew up during the intersection of the hacienda movement in Northern England amidst the rise of UK underground rave culture and when superclubs such as Miss Moneypenny's, Turnmills, Cream and Fabrics dominated the landscape. A musical contrarian, BB_G spent his youth as part of a Scottish hardcore band. He cut his teeth in Electronic music after moving to Hong Kong and discovering the underground scene where he has since become a popular tastemaker. Hailing from Inverness, the flying Scotsman is known for his driving electronic sound and subterranean selections which bring a psychosomatic euphoria to the dance floor. As a film critic and scholar, Dan-Neo is a firm believer in storytelling. Finsent C is an artist native to Hong Kong, who has seen his sound evolve innumerably since his initial foray into DJing in 2009. Having been a drummer and member of a local band in his formative years, he eventually sought refuge in electronic music; cultivating a sound that can best be described as fluid, and with an emphasis on the hypnotic spectrum of techno. He perceives sets as flowing journeys, which requires time, and an element of patience to achieve. His music project - Cipher, is a metaphor for his musical direction and vision – 'experiencing' parties that verge on the ritualistic, to which point they have been described as otherworldly. Artists both locally and internationally continue to be invited to express their various forms of deep, experimental and meditative sounds.

SLIMEFEST resident and co-founder, Hong Kongç Fry Up is a Hong Kong-based DJ and co-founder/resident of SLIMEFEST. Since falling in love with trance after a Paul Oakenfold show at age 19, Jeremy Chan starting DJ-ing around his university and then returned to Hong Kong to play at local underground dance events Tranception and Project X-852. Initially melding uplifting tunes with the classic sounds of the early 2000s, Jeremy now channels his passion for the darker, faster and more aggressive undertones of psychedelic trance.

Hong Kong native and up-and-coming artist Jordy Lee is no stranger to the underground music scene. As a co-founder of the music collective and club night Distrikt, Jordy has quickly made his mark on the local circuit by pushing innovative soundscapes and crafting parties that champion the deeper and groovier sides of techno. As a DJ, Jordy is galvanised by the influence of early rave culture on modern sonics and has gone on to play alongside industry veterans like Roza Terenzi and Fantastic Man. With a background in hip hop, soul, and R&B, KMG has been building his eclectic collection for over a decade, since life in the states. In recent years, he has shifted his focus to dance music. This has seen him dive deeply into House and Acid as well as taking inspiration from a wide range of music and mixing influences. Those sets are a clear indicator of the depth, thought and time that it has taken to create such experiences, whether it is in or out of the club. Joining to industry sound collective Cipher (Hong Kong) as regional DJ since 2019.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, @fungicf aka Konnection initially got into music through band sound and switched his enthusiasm to electronic music in recent years. However, music has always been a consistent undercurrent throughout his life. Pato has been already in the electronic dance music for a while In Hong Kong and in the path to becoming a DJ/Producer. He has worked tirelessly to polish his skills and developing his own sounds to the audience. Obviously Pato’s has influenced by the sound of Progressive, Melodic Tech and Techno.

Distrikt Co-Founder, Resident and DJ Scott left Hong Kong to live in Nottingham, where he got a quick introduction to the underground music scene. With DJs Like Ben UFO, Midland and Helena Hauff regularly playing in local venues, he was able to rapidly develop his music taste and become immersed in the culture. In his time away Scott also spent time in Berlin and Shanghai, where he further developed a keen ear for groovy dark sounds. Whilst in Shanghai he would play at local bars, clubs and outdoor parties, honing his skills. Since coming back to Hong Kong, Scott has formed a collective that has a monthly party at the infamous 宀 Club, playing with the likes of CEM and other talented local residents.

With just over 10 years of DJ experience, Stephen Hinch has played in the most elite clubs going in places such as London, Ibiza, Hong Kong & more. After having been introduced to dance music from an early age, it was only a matter of time before he started attending events. Then at the age of 19 he made his DJ debut at iconic night Ministry Of Sound in London. This was soon followed up by multiple nights at other top clubs in the UK & Europe. He has supported the likes of Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten, Markus Schulz, W&W, The Thrillseekers, Sneidjer, Signum, Neptune Project, Paul Webster & many more. Having relocated to Hong Kong a few years ago, he is now a regular at some of the at places such as Social Room & Sogno. “What can you expect from my sets? Sunsiaré, birthed Jean-François Amadei, is no new face to the East-Asia scene. A figure whose tastes have manifested themselves by way of the Hanoi based Savage Club - whose early days saw a slew of talent pass through the Vietnamese capital and prompted a resurgence of local electronic artists. JF is a natural-born record digger, whose knowledge of what makes a dance floor move goes beyond the last decade and whose diverse collection begs for sonic exploration. Playing alongside such artists as Berghain’s Roi Perez, Boris & Barker, as well as DJ heavyweights like Gonno and Cormac, Amadei is not unfamiliar to the art of the mix. JF, whose hands are also behind the Homesick, FGHB, and the newly launched labels 宀, gave way to creative minds like Powder, Mr. Ho, Marquis Hawkes, General Ludd, and LPZ. Both labels, whose outlets were dedicated to timeless reworks, can be seen riddled with Jf’s influences. New pastures have led Jean-Francois to the recently minted Hong Kong-based 宀 club in 2018, in which he holds the utmost weight of talent buying for the club's weekly programming of European imports, as well as local Hong Kongese as well as regional artists and DJs alike. TAKU HIRAYAMA (Junktion) Taku Hirayama, or simply known as Taku, is a Japanese DJ based in Asia. Exploring DJing at the turn of this century, Taku cultivated a wide range of music selection with many chances of musical meeting across the globe in past years. Leaving the shores of southern Japan, Taku relocated himself from Fukuoka to Hong Kong over a decade ago. There he launched his own platform "Junktion”.
