A true virtuoso of the turntables, Abel Rogers first stepped up to the decks back in 1998 and has spent 8 years as an ambassador for legendary DJ brand Technics. His talents have taken him around the globe, spinning in Paris, New York, Mexico City & Miami next to renowned artists such as Soul Clap, Danny Krivit, Quentin Harris, Black Coffee, Mr.V, Dj Yass, Copyright, Simon Dunmore, Amine K, DJ Deep, Franck Roger, Francois K, John Morales and many more.
It was as a child when Abel first became fascinated by everything funk and soul. This, in turn, led him to his deep love and appreciation of disco and the many genres of house music. Abel's style is heavily influenced by both deep and tech house, with hints of afro and soul layered in for good measure.
The former resident of France's legendary Rancho Club, the always in-demand DJ is now based in Hong Kong where he is the Music Director for Aqua Group as well as one of the resident DJ's for the world-famous Drop.
