But, with practice and time came a more well-rounded sound; after which, he took a 5-year sabbatical from DJing and took his turn on the dance floors around the world. Al Burro is equally at home in industrial warehouses as in ambient pastures. He is a firm believer in variations on a common theme: It's about the mood not the genre. When next Al stopped travelling long enough to make owning musical equipment logistically possible, Al discovered a more mature sound. The Detroit Soul and Motown roots remained, but added to this was a drive for a more worldly sound and an appreciation of other forms of music including jazz, hip hop, swing, house and too many more to mention. Al cites as some of his influences: Gilles Peterson, Ninja Tunes, Mr Scruff, DJ Food, Jurassic 5, Radiohead, Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke, Derrick May, UR and the list goes on.

With roots from Taiwan and Japan, Yoshi Nori cut his teeth as a DJ in Chicago around 2003. Not only was he heavily influenced by raw Chicago house sound, combination of minimal side of neo-Detroit, and renaissance of early 2000 post-punk movement shaped as foundation for his ever unpredictable DJ sets. Starting 2020 Yoshi Nori has launched a brand new label "禁 Jin". This project aims to not only introduce Taipei's local talents but also connect with secret gems in Asia's fast-rising production field while providing an injection of colorful international producer juice that can morph the various local elements into an unpredictable futuristic 4/4 sound, in a way foreshadowing what Asia is moving towards.

A regular inside the DJ booth of Pawnshop, Taipei - Gemnital used to live in Berlin and study to be a sound artist. Gemnital, who grew up inthe 90s, embarked on a musical journey ranging fromHip-Hop and R&B to rock, jazz, experimental music,exploring the realms of psychedelic, funk, and disco. As time went on, he delved deeper into various genres but eventually circled back to Mandarin golden melodies. During his studies in Leipzig, Germany, he found himself immersed in underground warehouse parties held in ruins and forests. Later in Berlin, he discovered his true self in a multitude of clubs and queer parties, mastering the art of creating and maintaining energy and ambiance within different spaces. Now back in Taipei, he is a regular DJ at Pawnshop and a regular member of the popular queer party "Hakone Hotspring" and "Homepleasure". On the dance floor, he aims to play without boundaries, seamlessly blending familiar and unfamiliar tracks picked from his diverse musical experiences, creating an atmosphere of pure dancefloor bliss. Recently, he has been exploring the intersection of Techno and House, seeking speed and exhilaration from genres like Hardgroove, and strives to craft sets that take the listeners on a captivating journey with well-defined peaks and transitions. Beyond his DJ persona, Gemnital is deeply involved in sound research and the field of sound art. He is a university lecturer and critic in the realm of sound art, and his personal sound walks and installation works have been showcased at art festivals such as Berlin's 48 Stunden Neukölln.

At that time, he embraced a wide variety of genres, including drum & bass, tribal, breakbeat and other forms of experimental music such as, ambient, dark techno, dub techno, industrial, and minimal. In 2014, TOSKA began performing at Taipei’s KORNER. In 2015, he was appointed as one of KORNER’s resident DJs, and has guest DJed in Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai, Hangzhou and SMOKE MACHINE’s 2018 Organik Festival in Hualian.

It is a collaboration project between well-known music producer Lujiachi Lujiachi Break Hell and Jon Du Forests in the Taipei Basin. LUDU was born between the tangled wires of analog electronic equipment and modular synthesizer. Now it has extended its tentacles to the universe where everything can become a sound source, with digital synthesizer and sound sampling as the backbone. In their hands, suspended mechanical noise, heavy physical impact, and insect-like electronic sounds can all be blended in dance music beats, sound design, and low frequencies of tilting pants. Like a master snake charmer he entrances entire dance floors with mind-boggling mixes and mesmerizing selections of jungle, tripped-out trance, breaks, Goa, and extraterrestrial tribal techno to name a few. Unrestrained by genre or tempo limitations he shifts gears between hypnotic slowmotion and breakneck 90’s rave so nimbly it induces an unexplained cerebral high. His sound has a rawness to it, shaped by years spent in the gabber scene and as a junglist in and around his terrestrial hometown Delft. On his shamanic quest as gatekeeper into the world hidden within your mind he established the record label ’Mirror Zone’ in late 2017 where reflections of his musical introspections come to fruition...

Snake charmer born and located in Thailand with Indian and Japanese roots. Co-founder of Siamese Twins record label focusing on psychedelic sounds rooted in Asia. Co-runs the Karma Klique collective known for raves at obscure locations. As a producer, he released on imprints such as 禁 JIN, Ute and Siamese Twins under his own name, Mogambo and Khun Fluff aliases. As well as periodic ambient albums on his own Extans Mantra imprint. Which led to sought-after collaborations with Full Circle, Yu Su, S.O.N.S, Marc Pinol, and Benedikt Frey. A household name across the region for over a decade playing spaced-out music in forests, warehouses, and castles.

̸BIOGRAPHY Bergen-Rimini-Chicago-Honolulu-Detroit-Jupiter-Manchester is the sonic route on which Telephones travel. Telephones is renowned as a DJ for his freespirited curveball-mix ranging from balearic tutti- frutti, proto-house and percussion-workouts to cosmic techno, discokraut-gymnastics and outerworldly explorations. Starting with primitive PC-software and DJing in the late 90s, he has since equally focused on production and DJing, now with more than 20 years experience behind decks and knobs. A firm believer in quality over quantity, Telephones has released a sparse, but highly sought after discography on acclaimed underground-lables like Running Back, Sex Tags UFO, Acido, Love On The Rocks and Klasse Wrecks, as well as production work and remixes for legends like José Padilla, Joan Bibiloni and Vangelis Katsoulis to mention some. In 2016 he released his debut album, "Vibe Telemetry" on Running Back, taking his eclecticism and sound one step further, expanding the palette with influences from early Norwegian club-roots, Ambient House, NY House and Disco, 90s UK Balearic, Italo House, Underground Resistance and Detroit Techno. The album received praise and reviews from publications such as XLR8R, Mixmag, iDJ, Future Music, Resident Advisor, DJ Mag and Testpressing. 2019 saw the birth of his new label, European Carryall, kicking off with the archival-series "From The Vaults 1998-2018 Vol 1 & 2", all 12"s selling out within days, and getting both one and two represses. Since then he has followed up with a string of sold out releases ranging from banging house, downtempo hip-hop and breaks-inspired excursions and balearic techno. Originally from Hawaii & Taiwan, now Brooklyn based DJ/producer Timo Lee. She plays regularly in NYC, the curator of all vinyl sessions at Good Bar & label boss of Chomp! Chomp! Her style is eclectic to keep your finger tapping & head bobbing. Timo Lee emerged her background in Honolulu and Taipei. From early childhood, Timo has kept her ear to the speaker, fingers tapping to the rhythm. A child of the 90’s, she was weaned on rave culture’s pulsing electronic beats. As the 2000’s progressed, her tastes evolved as she embraced underground disco, house, electronica. Timo hosted a weekly three-hour radio show for 8 years on KTUH Honolulu, and played with numerous talented DJs including DJ Harvey, Bonobo, James Murphy, Thomas Bullock, DJ Garth, Tiger and Woods, Daniele Baldelli, Tim Sweeney and more at thirtyninehotel. She was the booker for the club for 6 years and very involved with shaping the local dance scene in Hawaii for the past decade. Timo relocated to Brooklyn NY in 2014, flying back and forth from NYC to Honolulu for her bar, Bevy, a popular nightspot in Kaka’ako. She is spending most of her time here in NYC, playing regularly at Good Room, The Lot Radio and numerous nightclubs in the city. She is a long-standing member in the Brooklyn dance music community and is the curator behind "Wax the Van" - a weekly all vinyl listening session at Good Bar, also label boss of Chomp! Chomp! Records featuring various artists with underground dance music since 2020. This year marks 20 years of Timo’s DJ and music journey, her set is eclectic and diverse with a blend of different genres to keep you finger tapping and head bobbing, like she always says “Music needs to make you feel something within, there is no limitation on how and what you can do with it.”

DJ Dungi Sapor is an Amis princess from Hualien City, Taiwan. In order not to forget its roots, the name uses the name of the family. It is expected to blend the elements of the aborigines into Techno and let the world hear Taiwan's most beautiful music, but the song is not subject to any genre.
