At Interlude, we work with a team of scientists in psychology and neuroscience to find the best ways of helping you practice mindfulness and connect with your body, mind, and other people at our events and online.
Sound and especially electronic music naturally trains focus by layering of rhythmic beats with twists and turns. This puts people in a more aware and non-judgemental state of mind very similar to meditation.
We are blending this innate characteristic within sound together with guided attention training curated by mindfulness teachers to drastically increase long-term mental well-being.
