ILLUME is the Progressive Trance project by Lucy Janssen from Melbourne, Australia.
Lucy has been producing since the age of 17 and sharing her music to dance floors since the age of 19.
Over the years she has gathered an immense amount of inspiration from many talented producers, friends and family. Music has always been her escape, being a metal head as a teenager she slowly discovered the beauty of Electronic music.
Lucys sound has gone through many developmental changes resulting in a strong point of melody, deep driving baselines, hypnotic repetitions and Tek inspired percussion.
As the years go on and her musical evolution comes into play, there is a darker element revealing itself. While her inspiration has stemmed from static, dark, hypnotic, industrial techno, Evoka's sound is most definitely her own.
