Obliveus has been a clubbing institution in Melbourne, Australia for the past 18 years and began throwing parties soon after arriving from his native California. He plays an infectious blend of funk, hip hop, indie, reggae, northern soul, dancehall, disco, edits, rock, pop and just about anything else he can use to work the room. With deep seeded roots in the electronic dance community and an old school raver at heart, being involved in Melbourne’s underground dance scene since the late 90’s is a dj named Tahl. Tahl has been a stalwart in the Melbourne scene playing at all the big name clubs, parties and festivals alike. He started by handing out flyers at Future Entertainment parties, then moved on to helping run some of Melbourne’s most recognised underground parties, Fractured, Bamboozled, Mixed Messages. Famed for his cracking sets that leave DJ & punter jaws not being stroked, but dropping. Tahl has some serious technical ability that glides seamlessly through a stylised blend of Tech House, Breaks, Electro with a splash of hip hop to top it off.
