about
There is a [fourth] dimension, beyond which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. Some call it The Twilight Zone, others the dream world. We call it SIMULATION 4.
On October 8th, 9th and 10th, Moor Music and Muuzostream are blowing off the moon dust for a three-day intergalactic cyber-festival. Dystopian times call for otherworldly measures, which is why for this one, we've made it our mission to take you where no one has gone before.
In a Moor Music x Muuzostream first, we are delighted to present a spectacularly supersonic simulation showcasing a host of Melbourne's best underground sonic artists traversing the genres of nu-jazz, jazzy house, broken beat, disco, neo-soul, afrobeat and house music.
SIMULATION 4 is a free, donation fuelled event. All proceeds will be going directly to performing artists and creatives involved, with donations on each night going to Support Act (supportact.org.au).

HOW DOES SIMULATION 4 DIFFER FROM THE LIVESTREAM'S THAT HAVE COME BEFORE IT?
SIMULATION 4 has been designed to warm you up for recalibration to the real world. You won't find any bedroom bangers here. Nor bathroom acoustic aficionados. Instead, SIMULATION 4 will make the most of the impeccable production of Muuzostream, with all the angles and engineering of an IRL live show. Because the world is opening soon, and we gotta oil up your spaceship before takeoff.

WHO IS MUUZOSTREAM?
The spread of COVID-19 has decimated the Melbourne entertainment industry. Artists have been rendered helpless, unable to perform for their fans, and in most cases, not even able to come together to jam and rehearse.
In a bid to remedy the unrelenting restrictions imposed upon the industry, Muuzostream was born with a mission to breathe fresh air back into the live music space.
A weekly half-hour programme screening at 8.30 pm Wednesdays on Channel 31, Muuzostream brings live music performances by a diverse range of Melbourne artists to community television, celebrating heritage artists and introducing emerging talent.

Notes: Moor Music x Muzzostream take the COVID-19 situation extremely seriously. We will be adhering to the active policies in place, and as they update, we will be taking extra precautions throughout the stream to make sure all artists and crew involved are safe and sound.
Moor Music respectfully acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land we host this event, the Boon Wurrung and Woiwurrung (Wurundjeri) peoples of the Kulin Nation and pays respect to their Elders, past, present & emerging.
