Techno Time June 19th Edition @ My Aeon

After his first release 'Rainbow Road' was focused on the feel good vibes of house music, with a strong Chicago and UK house influence. A new sound has emerged from Strange this year, as the world went into lock down, many lives changed dramatically. For Strange this was a turning point where he focused his feelings on the music and the sound began to take hold. He began to explore dark melodic breaks, also known as Electronica. He used the time to create his single 'Shadow', which has very recently been selected for release on the 10th instalment of an undisclosed Berlin based labels compilation series, releasing in early June. 'Flow' his next instalment and EP explores the heavier side electronica and has recently been signed to Capital Heaven (UK), which is also set to be released later this year.

Jasmine Speers is well known throughout the Sydney music scene as an artist that brings her full enthusiasm and creative flare to her craft, she is a genuine performer and leaves you wanting more, no stranger to the spotlight her confidence and stage presence are as infectious as the women herself. Not only has she played at all of the best clubs in Sydney, places such as Chinese Laundry, The Burdekin Hotel, she’s headlined for events across New South Wales very early on in her music career. Her attention has now turned to a new found love of production and has recently stated releasing her own music, no stranger to hard work she moved to Melbourne where her career and sound has been well received, opening for headline DJs and local super clubs such as New Guernica, 24 Moons, and Poof Doof.

It is her way of tapping into confidence and defiance that she otherwise feels distant from. MARSH LONG is a Melbourne based DJ that has found her love in music since a very young age. Growing up learning music from a young age has set MARSH LONG on a musical journey that has found her in a place that is anything but the familiar setting of classical piano and violin. In her DJ performances, she incorporates concepts into the majority of her sets, this being one of the defining reasons she sticks out from most of the artists you hear at the club. There is a constant thrive of driving beats that keeps your feet moving and your heart-beat flowing, her sets always aim to take you through a musical journey creating a unique arc that leaves you feeling a different way to what you came with.
