    After a successful launch, we are very happy to present Mustache got Talent, round 2! This is a group of selected djs that were djing around seeking bigger opportunities and a bigger dancefloor. In a few weeks, they will invade mustache with their motivation & determination. They will show you what they got. You will see this little sparkle in their eyes which says "you see me now, you'll see me tomorrow!"

    • Gaius

      Purveyor of deep, infectious melodic grooves and a feel-good atmosphere. That’s how you could describe Gaius as a DJ. Born in Sao Paulo Brazil, his enthusiasm for music has always been off the charts, as has his desire to share that with those around him. Having grown up teaching himself playing guitar and had his first contact with electronic music while digging into his neighbor's psytrance and progressive house CD collection, he knew that his love for electronic music won’t end there. After moving to Asia and being very active in the local nightlife community, Gaius began to teach himself the craft of live DJing. His versatility, energy, and love for deep, melodic but groovy tunes have led him to spin in some of the well-known clubs around Bangkok. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections are his own therapy and his hypnotic grooves get you tapping your feet and nodding your head without you realizing it.

      The party kicks off from Friday to Saturday from 9 pm and goes until late and the musical programming is, to sum it up in one word, techno. This could be anything from melodic techno to a deeper house sound. Bangkok’s usual suspects are on regular rotation, from DJs like Dan Buri, Kuroten, Mendy Indigo.... Occasionally, we have some international DJs like Marc Marzenit from Cocoon, Nakadia, Citizen Kain, Daniel Sanchez, Budakid (Erinmusika), Lea Dobricic and also Sven Vath to our Mustache Takeover Live RCA. The vibe is cool, you walk in and it has somewhat of a dark and cozy living room atmosphere happening but with banging techno and a bar. The crowd is mostly local, local as in both Thai and expats who call Bangkok home and this is the biggest difference between it and the only other late night/early morning electronic after hours. At Mustache, you’re grooving with like minded folks and the result is a totally different atmosphere.
