After announcing their debut album, Love Boredom Bicycles and next single, Concertina, last month, Bakers Eddy had big plans to hit the road on a national tour… But COVID had other ideas.
After multiple lockdowns and cancellations, reschedules and more cancellations, the band have decided to do something a bit different. In the spirit of keeping things hyper-local, they announced a massive 13-date tour within their home state of Victoria, along with a surprise single 'Space Is Nothing'. But again, COVID had other ideas.
After another 2 weeks in lockdown they are finally able to get back out on the road.
The Bakers Dozen Tour will be 13 shows over 13 weeks (more like 10 now), culminating in the release of Love Boredom Bicycles (13 tracks of killer hooks and frantic energy) in October. Who said 13 was unlucky?
Some shows will have themes, some shows will be at unusual venues, and some will be slightly unexpected. ALL shows will be guaranteed 100% fun times.
This ambitious run meets show #2 at Sookie Lounge, Belgrave on 15th August.
