    Pre-pandemic we received a tip from a trusted dj/selector that we admire, "you gotta check out this cat's dj set" explained our friend who came with Chuck Gunn to WERD just after Chuck's move from LA and to the Bay Area. With that recommendation from such a trusted source we knew we had to witness Gunn's set first hand, just as we always do. And OH YEA we did! Chuck moves through various textures, from rugged terrain, spaced out atmospheres, dub rhythms, all balled up in a bounce & grace that smacks the dance floor again and again, relentless you might say. For many this kind of built pressure can take decades in the dj booth to develop. Gunn's range and skill can hold down any underground dance floor and it's obvious that we're not the only ones that has taken notice as Chuck plays up and down the West Coast at clubs & festivals alike.
    Chuck Gunn is definitely one to keep and ear out for! Don't miss this WERD. debut.
