Carina Lawrence is a Melbourne born and based DJ whose love for music began when she was 9 years old. Her musical education as a child eventually led to her swapping the guitar and clarinet for a set of CDJ200’s at the age of 19. There were forays into commercial djaying at corporate events and functions but the underground kept calling. The lure of darkly lit club-rooms and late nights belting out the best of beats ultimately proving too alluring for her time and time again. Carina’s sound can be described as dance-floor-ready cuts with groovy rhythmic basslines, melodic elements, tribal & soulful. One look at her in the booth reveals the concentration and attention to detail that she has become famous for. No ego just good tunes, on-point mixing and a mood and energy in the room second to none.

Eli Bury has a history in dance music, moving to Australia in his early teens, he's been working in the music industry for over 15 years. Responsible for touring many of his peers, managing some of Australias top DJ's and leading the charge with his own imprint "Circa Trax." As an artist, Eli Bury is a purest, playing mostly vinyl. His record collection is vast and exciting. You can often find him mixing up instore on his trusty Condesa Carmen rotary mixer. Over the years, Eli has released a string of releases un many different names. It's taken him a long time to work out his sound. Drawing inspiration from dubby deep tech, Jackin house, and classic Chicago.

Hailing from Melbourne/Birmingham, Exit 99 are no strangers to the Australian music scene. The duo has been actively Dj’n and releasing music for close to a decade under various monikers. Exit 99 arrived early 2017 with a sound heavily inspired by the sounds of the UK underground. Together they’ve played in clubs and festivals across Australia, UK & Europe. Shared the stage with the biggest names in UK Garage, House, Grime and gained radio support on Triple J, BBC Radio 1 and Rinse FM.

Fosters is an Aboriginal DJ from Melbourne and is well known for his unique but rewarding brand of electronic music and can be heard weekly on his well known Kiss FM radio show, The Weekend Chug. Hotwiring hyperactive house with euphoric ‘90s rave piano and a sleek guitar solo, Generik’s maiden voyage into the studio is a colossal collab with Nicky Van She, frontman for digital pop auteurs Van She. Naturally, the track was born on a bender, which started in a London pub and spilled back to Nicky’s house to all hours. “Nicky started singing the vocal into his phone on the train home,” recalls Tyson .

In her DJ performances, she incorporates concepts into the majority of her sets, this being one of the defining reasons she sticks out from most of the artists you hear at the club. DJ Mish’Chief, (aka Marishka), spent her childhood growing up in South Africa, Europe and South America before arriving in Australia - from an early age music was always her constant providing a universal language that transcended culture and continents. Early influences included Punk, Hard Rock, Gospel, Soul and what used to be considered alternative - bands like Depeche Mode, The Cure, Jesus and the Mary Chain, Violent Femmes and other ‘ early indie’ sounds. First exposed to the energy and drive of ‘dance music’ in the late 80’s, she was passionate about exploring the emerging genre. It wasn’t until some 20 years later in Melbourne 2000 that a short course in ‘beat mixing’ introduced her to the other side of the DJ booth and the thrill of to beat mix vinyl. It was the beginning of her current addiction - TUNES and the endless creativity offered from “mixing”.

Nicholas Booey is a young, up and coming progressive house and melodic artist born in the city of Melbourne who’s music is best described as dark, hypnotic & driving. Having an upmost passion for music, however being a newcomer into the world of the studio and stages. Having already put out his first track “Euphoric” on techno heavyweight Parquet Recordings owned by Solee and new release “Abudae” with Cazbar on Ugenius Music taking the charts by storm there is certainly a divine future ahead. Having inspirations from stars such as Bäumel, Solee & Innellea, aswell as adding his own twist to the darker side of melodic & prog there is much more to come.
