    Nuff Respect returns to Section 8 after a long lay off. Celebrating Melbourne's best Reggae Dancehall performers and DJs, this is a must attend event for all lovers of the genres.
    Lining up for this session, we have:
    Shottaz x Selektah - One of the best DJ x MC combos in the business, with 3+ years of experience collaborating together.
    Jah Tung - Hailing from Sydney but now based in Melbourne and recently booked as support for Bushman (JA), Sister Nancy (JA), Deadly Hunta (UK), General Levy (UK), and Macka B (JA) to name a few.
    Jesse I - One the most respected reggae personalities in Australia, Jesse I is known around the world as an authority on contemporary Jamaican music, and a selector of the finest roots, reggae and dancehall sounds.
    Verse@ille - Living up to his name, Verse@ille applies his impressive turntablism to the variety of genres he plays professionally - Afrobeats, Hip Hop, Funk, R&B, Reggaeton, Baile Funk, Dancehall and more.
    Sista Sara - Driven by her passion for Jamaican music, Sista Sara began selecting all styles of reggae from foundation, new roots and dancehall, over 10 years ago.

The responsibility to glorify The Most High, to use this power of influence to unite and uplift the masses to a state of common consciousness and Oneness! Although it is often a burden, the mission of a Rastaman is a constant and continuous struggle for real truths and rights!

      Born in Harare, Zimbabwe. Raised in Auckland, New Zealand. Perfected in Melbourne, Australia. This Melbourne based Afro Dancehall crew is made up of MCs Hlats and Max Shotta. Having started working together in a crew called Yung Shottaz (YS), Hlats and Max have built themselves a reputation of delivering hard hitting lyrics combined with energetic live performances. Since relocating to Melbourne in 2018, the crew quickly established themselves in the local dancehall/reggae scene which saw them getting notimated for a Music Victoria award in 2019.
