We design the world’s first entertainment proven to increase mental health.

Interlude is a place of psychological growth and nurture for the mind. We are building a community where the emotional needs of humanity are discovered, accepted, and nurtured at scale.

We know first-hand the stress and mental discomfort modern times can cause, thus we create a safe space for all who seek equanimity of mind through art and music.

At Interlude, we work with a team of scientists in psychology and neuroscience to find the best ways of helping you practice mindfulness and connect with your body, mind, and other people at our events and online.

Sound and especially electronic music naturally trains focus by layering of rhythmic beats with twists and turns. This puts people in a more aware and non-judgemental state of mind very similar to meditation.

We are blending this innate characteristic within sound together with guided attention training curated by mindfulness teachers to drastically increase long-term mental well-being.

Through the collaborative work of musicians, science, and mindfulness teachers we design an exclusive and enriching experience for you.
