Melbourne based DJ and producer BINOFSKI has always had a long-standing obsession with hard-house grooves and raw underground production aesthetics. His sound has an appreciation of all things Detroit, Chicago and UK house with a drenching of club-ready 4x4 grooves and 90’s Acid. His monthly UNCUT RHYTHM DJ sets are a brew of groovy jackin’ house and upfront underground tech through to bumpy garage and snippets of lofi. In the studio BINOFSKI utilizes his own unique approach that connects the dots with his sound as a DJ. Groove-focused and addicted to hardware, you can expect a sound heavily derived from analogue synths and drum machines that’s deep, groovy and has a distinct 90’s house flavour. Eric Powell started DJing in Manchester, his hometown, in what was to become known as the Summer of Love. He went on to DJ at all of Manchester’s most important clubs including the world famous Hacienda. It was not long before Eric became one of the UKs most sought after guest DJs and in 1994 he took on residencies at the Zap Club in Brighton, at a night called Protection and the Red Club. Both these nights have won awards and much respect throughout the UK. Eric Powell owns and runs for Bush Records, one of the most recognisable and sought after dance labels in the world today.His techno set this March at The Greenwood in Sydney was said to be one of the best DJ sets ever delivered at that venue. Eric has a deep love of dance music and that come across in his passion for House and Techno. This summer Eric went viral featured on a clip from BBC’s and Pete Tong’s Essential Mix, 80,0000 views – so far.

Hailing from Milan, as a punter from the early ages of 16, Etwas got a taste for sound and scene, picking up his firstdrum machine and 17 and then took up DJing’ shortly after. Age was no barrier, and soon enough he was outamongst the clubs and crowds of Milan playing his sounds and tunes at the go to venue – Amnesia as guest in theirside room!At the moments he’s resident Dj for Eat The Beat, Playing every week at New Guernica (Melbourne)With other guest spots and residencies around, Etwas also has a love from creating and producing his own tracks youcan hear him drop out in the club! Sighting influences such as Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola and Dubfire, there’s noquestioning that when Etwas steps up to the decks some serious tech house laced with percussion and base is sure to hit your ears and get you moving on the dancefloor!

In the decade that British-born producer, promoter and DJ Gav Whitehouse has called Melbourne home, he has become a driving force in shaping the city’s infamous electronic music scene, with his adopted home as is his inspiration and muse. Getting his hands on his first pair of turntables in the late 90s in the north of England, like most fledgling DJs, Gav first cut his teeth on harder styles. Always ready to go one better, DJing alone was not enough. His first ever event, Rotation which he ran for 4 years would eventually become the official afterparty for hard house juggernaut Goodgreef in Preston. He later packed up and imported the event, along with himself, to Melbourne.

urrounded by music his whole life, Jack Smart draws influence from both new and old sounds for his musical production and performance. Jack’s early introduction to performance stemmed from his early experiences with the guitar, encouraging influence from timeless legends like Black Sabbath and Metallica. Following this, Jack’s exposure to artists such as Oliver Huntemann, Egbert and Ron Costa have fueled his passion for Electronic Music and DJing. With a diverse resume of bookings at venues such as Revolver Upstairs, Day Spa, Circus, Brown Alley, The Third Day and Poison, Jack’s presence in the Melbourne music scene is firmly established. As the Co-Founder of music and events firm Thunderground, Jack has further explored opportunities towards curating events and providing other artists to explore their passions. Johan Elgstrom runs Bounce Audio, Bounce Audio Productions, a Record Store DJ backline hire Audio Production Company with huge Funktion-One rigs in Melbourne Australia. Originally from Stockholm Sweden he now lives and works i Australia. His productions cover House, Techno but always a focus on rhythmical elements with a subby bassline. i have no idea what i'm doing He also runs Short Black Records with releases from Rustal, Dakini9, Johannes Volk, Tristan Kino and Brendon Moeller so far. Throughout his short career, Ricky has played at Let Them Eat Cake, Beyond the Valley, XE54 RIP, Glamorama, Yours & Mine, New Guernica and more recently, supported Job Jobse at Brown Alley. Whether it is mixing diverse genres of music or exploring his prized vinyl collections, Ricky is always aiming to develop, expand and exhibit his sound.

With a unique sound that blends electro, tribal textures, breaks and trance influences Willem is building a name for himself as a DJ of note. In a relatively short career, he has played at Beyond the Valley, Let Them Eat Cake, XE54, Revolver, Glamorama and Brown Alley to name a few, and has been booked for supporting duties for international artists including Ben UFO, Tijana T, Oliver Huntemann, Huxley, and more. Willem also makes up one half of the Gold Haus directing team.
