Ani Phoebe is a DJ from NYC who is currently based in Hong Kong by way of Rio de Janeiro. She founded Bad Times Disco, an online record shop in Hong Kong, and runs a monthly show called Parallel Worlds on The Lot Radio. She comes from digging tradition and favors lesser-known 80s and 90s records from unexpected corners and crates. One of Ani Phoebe’s areas of experience is the downtempo, cosmic disco, and synth-pop realms, being a resident DJ of the renowned underground music festival Cosmic Gathering (DE) and having performed at experimental stages on Nation of Gondwana (DE) and Atlas Electronic (MR). At the same time, her breadth also extends to heavy dancefloors and electronic clubs, performing sets that expand on 90s progressive house to 2000s Eurodance, digging for rare versions of nostalgic numbers. Weaving through all her sets are emotional, often female vocals, and synthesized sounds in all of their diversity and power. A strong emerging DJ on the global scene, Ani Phoebe has recently toured Brazil, the US, and Europe in 2022.

Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy is a highly respected and experienced musical selector, DJ, radio host and curator, founder of the album listening event and content hub Classic Album Sundays and an authority on music, sound and the vinyl renaissance. She was mentored by David Mancuso at his seminal Loft parties in New York City. Together they co-produced the compilation series David Mancuso Presents The Loft and worked together on David’s record label The Loft Audiophile Library of Music. Colleen has been a radio host, DJ and programme director since the age of fourteen and today hosts Cosmodelica and Classic Album Sundays Worldwide on Worldwide FM and ‘This Women’s Work’ series for Public Radio International. She is the writer and host of BBC 6 Music’s album series ‘Sounds of a City’ and BBC Radio 4’s doc series ‘Turntable Tales’. Unfold Japan, a radio series she hosted for Worldwide FM and Asahi, has recently been nominated for an ARIA Award (Audio and Radio Industry Awards).

JayMe may not be a familiar name globally, but try mentioning it to any credible DJ in HK, and you will be met with wide opened eyes and a big grin. Cuz he’s one of the most respected figure in the local scene. He grew up in the 70’s witnessing the disco boom first hand. He kept his love collecting records and going to parties for more than 30 years. Began DJing from 2013 alongside his medical career, earning the title “the Disco Doctor”. Started his own Loft style private club in 2015 called Acadana (literally means Party without a care) which has become the most cherished place amongst all underground DJs. Dabbled into Techno territory in 2017 playing at Teknival, Social Room etc. 2018 saw him did several unforgettable gigs at 宀club, the rising star of HK’s scene.
