Whilst the popularity of these mixes clearly proves her ear for telling stories with music, it’s her bubbly presence behind the booth that really makes her stand out. Kia is an open eared music digger, searching tirelessly for lost obscurities to pair alongside modern finds and hidden gems by her friends. In support of the community of talented friends she finds herself surrounded by in Melbourne, she runs her her own label, Animalia.

RBI (Ruby Willis) is a DJ, producer, sound artist and clarinettist. Merging industrial techno, electro & jungle, RBI’s DJ sets span heavy uptempo dance music & ethereal absorbing ambient soundscapes. RBI has performed widely across Naarm, at events including Hopkins Creek Festival, Melbourne Music Week, Butter Sessions, Play On x Analog Attic, Neurotiq Erotiq and Espace Noir.

Incorporating high energy sets throughout club and festival dancefloors comprising of sentimental melodies, driving kick drums and trancey breakdowns, Ricky Nord has been able to bring his sound to life throughout Melbourne’s electronic music scene. With music showcased through an eclectic mix of techno, breaks and trance, his inspirations derive from European artists ranging from Ejeca and FJAAK, to Trym and Tommy Holohan. Alongside occupying a residency with Melbourne events imprint goldhaus_melb, Ricky has featured frequently on lineups throughout Melbourne’s nightlife. Throughout his short career, Ricky has played at Let Them Eat Cake, Beyond the Valley, XE54 RIP, Glamorama, Yours & Mine, New Guernica and more recently, supported Job Jobse at Brown Alley.
